Stopped in for a treat. One teenager running the show. Was helpful giving my wife a sample of a couple of flavors, and scooped her choice into a bowl. My daughter ordered a milk shake, no milk on hand. Staff member ranted about the day shift not cleaning up, leaving store a mess and not having supplies on hand. Daughter orders a sundae instead. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was not hot fudge, but chocolate syrup that was warmed up. I mentioned to her that I felt misled, that the topping wasn't actually hot fudge - only response was that it comes in big can and the owner warms it up... No offer to make something else... Just blamed the owner. Paid and left. Went to toss it in the trash, but there was not a liner in the trash can. We won't be back. Free advice to the owners - if you're only going to have one person on staff, train them in basic customer service, and empower, nay, encourage them to make things right.

Great place to have birthday parties, baby showers etc… Great tasting hand dipped ice cream. Several different flavors. Great atmosphere and workers.

Hot fudge they sell is NOT hot fudge. Warmed up chocolate syrup in NOT hot fudge. Only one staff person was working and she was not trained nor empowered to make it right. I would have tossed that nasty sundae into the trash, but there wasn't a liner in the can. Should have taken that $7.50 to Ingles and bought something there.

Stopped in so the kids could grab an ice cream. My son has a treenut allergy which we alerted the young employee about before ordering. She immediately said she would be right back and that she would like to wash the scoop to be safe. Thank you for taking allergies so seriously. I really appreciated that. ❤️

My husband and I have never seen such small scoops of ice cream given when we've bought ice cream from various ice cream stores. We were both disappointed. . We obviously should have ordered shakes.The ratings on shakes were good.

Ice cream was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly too and even offered up some hiking and mountain bike trail suggestions. We’ve already been twice this trip and probably will go again. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
