They overcharged the sign said steak biscuits 2 for 5 and when I made a commit for overcharging me 1 dollar .he just said he would let corporate know and they are not responsible for what their sign says.

work place is great! love the night crew. despite the short staff they always do things right!! the tenders make me bust. managers are top tier. love jolie, one of the night shift mangers. she’s always so friendly and makes sure i get my sauce every damn time.

Having staff shortages. Good hearted staff doing their best. They have a new Peach Honey Pepper sauce that's delicious on everything.
Bojangles in general is my in my top 2 restaurants to eat at it for a quick experience. When they first opened up here it was a 5 star location. The last 4 times have not been great experiences and after chatting and getting to know management it seems they just can't staff this store anymore. Long waits, missing food, forgetting to complete orders placed on the app all lead to frustrations for the customer. I do hope they get more staff as the food (when it is correct) is great. But currently sitting 20-25 minutes either in line or after placing an order online and then being told it has not been started just leave me going next to door to Zaxbys which I really don't prefer.

Received cold food and the fries had no seasoning on them. Was very disappointed.
This was my first time at a Bojangles. Since I like a good fried chicken sandwich, I thought ‘let’s try it’. As I pulled up to the drive through order sign, the voice said ‘ the phone is ringing I’ll be right back” 2 minutes later he returned to take my order, 2 minutes, I guess not too long a wait. The order was faster as if it was already cooked though. Now the food review, the chicken was dry, the bread was not soft as I’d hoped and wondered how fresh it was. The fried batter was excessive to me and the pickles were not spread across the sandwich but concentrated on one side of the sandwich. The overall flavor was dry and quite salty with an absence of good flavors. I didn’t care for the way the employee put my debit card in the bag with the food either. After 3 bites, I threw it out the window on the roadside grass on the way home to give a few animals or insects some food, I hope they will be ok. Waste of 6 and 15 cents for me.

Drive-thru was fast and friendly. We added 2 blueberry cookies to our order and they were delicious. I went back inside and ordered 2 more. The man working inside was great too. This was a wonderful place to stop. We love to eat at Bojangles and this was one of the best visits.
