The sausage biscuit was not as good as we hoped for. Sausage patty tasted weird, biscuit crumbled. It was like it was under a heat light way to long. McDonald's sausage biscuit is better.

We don't live in Hiawassee, GA but we will drive over there just to eat at Bojangles. The food is always good and the staff are pleasant and kind. The facility is always clean too.
Jim and Lori, the franchise owners, run a nice establishment. Jim will stop by the table to see how things are. To be honest, my husband and I prefer this Bojangles to any other 'chicken' place around.
Drive through window lady was very rude when their AI system messed up my order.. was not willing to make it right.. instead she continued to argue.. never had an issue with this place until today.

Usually I’ve got no problems with this Bojangles but here within the last few months it’s really seemed to have gone downhill. My food is always very sloppy and thrown together like it was done by children. This time my gravy had french fries (full & broken) all in it. Couldn’t even enjoy a small meal without having to pull chunks of food from my gravy. Very sad to say I probably won’t be going back to this Bojangles anymore.

The drive through is run by a computer and actually sucks. I went inside and the experience was great! Very friendly staff and the food was great.
From out of town working. Stopped here for some food. The crew was awesome, very patient and comforting. Not to mention Lori and Jim, franchise owners. They was very catering to every customer I seen come in while dining in, including me and my co workers. Best experience ever!!!!!!
