DO NOT ORDER ON THE MOBILE APP.They do not update it and then when you get there they do not have what you want and they don’t do refunds so you’re just SOL. They told me to come back the next day for what I wanted and then didn’t have it then either. Whatever. Never getting my business EVER again. You obviously only make them once a day so why weren’t the ones I specifically paid for saved??? Whatever. Lesson learned. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if a dozen donuts wasn’t $15. 99% of the time Dunkin’ Donuts are stale anyways, why you gonna charge more than $1 per donut when they’re dry as sin? Anyways, ingles donuts always win.

I came inside to pick up my usual order of a large coffee. It was waiting for me, this location seemed fairly well, organized, and the tables were clean. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

I went in the morning on November 2nd got a dozen of donuts and a cup of chocolate coffee. The crew working had great personalities, they were fast and friendly. Store was clean and a pleasure to visit, I did notice their tip cup was empty I would hope if you visit you show these employees some appreciation in that tip cup.

Great service, food is always fresh and delicious, only complaint is I think they brew the tea in the same machine as the coffee because my sweet tea always has a hint of coffee grounds taste, which is a bit off putting. Besides that happy they are in town!

Have been a few times in the morning. I only have a bad experience when a particular girl is working the drive-thru in the morning, as she was this morning. Bagel with cream cheese: burnt and almost no cream cheese. Her customer service is also severely lacking.
