The restaurant when it was operating was great! The low rating is only because it closed & never reopened because of covid. I see they have a "hiring" sign out front so hopefully they will be open for business soon!Parking: Great location..just need to reopen

Very good food with an eager to help staff. The only negative thing I can possibly come up with bout this restaurant is that if you're going through the drive thru it takes a lil' bit longer than some other places; but the food is tasty and the employees are always more than willing to help with most anything.

Hiawassee Hardees costs more than other Hardees.I had to 2 sausage and egg biscuits and cost over $7 dollars. The Hardees in Franklin (30 miles aways was 2 for $4...Their dine-in was closed versus others are open for inside dining

Good was very warm & wait wasn't long in the drive thru for a place that's well known for being short staffed. The girl running the window was very pleasant and friendly compared to past visits!

They never cease to amaze me with their biscuits. I always ask for Xtra Xtra butter with my sausage and cheese biscuit and its perfect. The staff there is awesome. They are very friendly and I've known Cathy for years and she is a very hard worker. You couldn't ask for a better crew, but boy that Daniel there, you got to watch him. I'm just kidding. He is the sweetest man I know. One morning I came and got my usual and he knew how much I love my chocolate pudding and he surprised me with 2 packs just for me. I'd like to say they are my friends and they definitely need a BIG raise. They are short staffed BAD but yet they all work very hard with a smile on their faces even though there are days they probably don't want to smile or be friendly, they still are. I love the staff there oh yea and the chicken strips there are the best ever. Way better than zaxbys. Anyway, I wanted to leave a positive review of the truth and hope these employees there get a big raise for as hard as they work they definitely deserve it

Went there for breakfast last Monday, was dirty. I thought there was no coffee creamer but the creamer was covered by trash at the condiment station. I went back to ask the cashier and they all were just talking amongst themselves and acted like I wasn’t even there. Don’t waste your time for fast food.
