We always eat here a few times while we're up seasonally. Sometimes you can tell that they're understaffed, but the servers are getting things done and so friendly and helpful. Their fried green tomatoes and onion rings are the best I've had--no frozen, pre-made food here! The catfish can be great but also can be mushy--not bad or undercooked, just soft. Went and ate here for the first time last week. The atmosphere was great with an amazing view of the lake. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Although the fried fish and shrimp were okay I probably wouldn’t get them again. The bbq was great. Without a doubt the best brisket I’ve ever had. Also the pulled pork, ribs and brunswick stew were great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the price. We got the 3 meat platter and they charged us $10 extra to get ribs...
