Fish n Cips was excellent. The fries (chips) were just a bit limp, but had good flavor. The fish was cooked perfectly. Best I’ve had in some time.A 2nd bar area would be nice to spread out the crowd . They were a bit understaffed. The staff that was there did great, but they were a bit overwhelmed. Nice selection of brews.

Was really excited to try this place out... but was pretty disappointed. The food was good, but the service was horrible. We were essentially abandoned at our table, we weren't checked on at all for drink refills (water) or anything else, and our server who took our order never came back. Not even to drop off the food or check. We were handed the check by another server, who was busy chatting with her friends at the table next to us the entire time, without being asked if we needed boxes or anything else. We were told our "server was busy with other tables and here's the check". Not a good experience at all. Will be passing on this place in the future.

Great place, first time there. They have quite a selection of brewed beers fit for any taste. We ate dinner there, both of us had the smashburger plate. You get your money's worth for sure. Flavor was good. I will come back again!

If you're older try daytime instead nights on Fridays and Saturdays as they are a mite loud with live local music, unless that's what you want as we do sometimes. Food and local beer are great! Service is good, but order at bar if you go upstairs.

My friends and I stopped in here on vacation for lunch and to try their beer, and we were not disappointed. I got a flight of four different types of beer, and every single one was well brewed and tasty. A favorite in our group was the caramel macchiato stout. The real highlight, though, was the food. I got a carnitas taco and a mahi taco, and I am not joking when I say they may have been two of the best tacos I've ever tasted. Flavorful, inventive, and just the right sizes.The environment was inviting, with plenty of places to sit, and the staff were all really friendly. My only suggestion would be for them to better maintain the heaters on the patio. There were probably a dozen heaters and a fireplace, but we couldn't get any of them to work. Other than that, phenomenal experience.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting North Georgia.

Hiawassee Brew is officially my favorite local spot! I have been drooling over pictures of the specials for a long time now and finally made it there for my birthday dinner. Chef went above and beyond doing a special on a Sunday, and not just any special, literally one made to perfection. The atmosphere is very inviting and fun, the servers and bartenders are super friendly and the food....we started with queso dip, elote corn and the bacon app. For our entrees, my husband ordered thai chili and alabama white wings (which I'm so glad I tried!!), my daughter got the kids burger and fries, and I, of course, got the special burger!! Chef created a buffalo burger that was out of this world people!! Talk about making a girl feel extra special on her birthday!! I can't wait to go back, I so wish we lived closer, I'd be there weekly! If you get the opportunity to visit, GO!! Btw, on the top level outside, their are some really fun games to play and the brewery is totally family and dog friendly :)
