I always want to like Marina Station. It has so much potential. It’s always mediocre at best and the food is overpriced. The location and atmosphere are great, so it’s worth it to go grab a couple drinks and go somewhere else for a nice meal! My son ordered fish and chips with a side of cocktail sauce. They literally brought out a scoop of horseradish and told us we had to make the cocktail sauce ourselves! I’ve never seen anything like that in my life! We also asked for some ranch hoping they wouldn’t bring out the ingredients to mix that ourselves as well! The burger was “ok.” The shrimp tacos were “ok.” But to spend 80.00 for lunch seems astronomical for the quality! Hope this review helps!

My wife and I each ordered a beer around 5 PM on Thursday February 22, 2024. We had such a horrible experience that we will not go back and will let all our friends know to avoid going to the Marina Station. The bartender was extremely rude . She did offer a sample of a couple of beers , but seemed to be in a hurry to rush our order so she could chat with the other customers who seemed to be regulars. Every time I would ask about the beers she would interrupt me while I was in the middle of talking and only told us about two of the beers out of all the beers on draft. Once we received our order she completely ignored us and talked only to certain customers , ignoring my wife and I. Once we finished our beers she asked if we wanted another beer. When we politely told her no that we wanted to pay she became upset at us and nastily told us I'll get your bill. When I didn't see a pen and asked for one she told me in nasty tone of voice that she wouldn't give me a pen until she received my credit card. She never thanked us . We are not coming back.
Lovely stop. Our food was good and wait staff was friendly. Karaoke was enjoyable.

I have eaten there twice recently, Both times i was with a group, ie we wanted to carry on a conversation. but the music wasSO LOUD that we couldn’t hear each other. First time it was a live couple, i’ve heard them before. they are very good when they are at the Peacock Theatre. the next time they had canned music, speaker right over our table; waitress said there wasn’t a way to turn the music down. i will not go back until they take control of the sound level. would rather have no music.
