We ordered from the mobile app, they actually brought it to our table and the guy was very nice. They remembered the sauce for the nuggets and our cups!!!! The food was fresh and the GOT IT CORRECT THE FIRST TIME. Downside it was a little warm inside and I saw some crumbs on the floor BUT I didn't have to clean the table so I was very happy.

I thought you were supposed to be able to get your food the way you want it. I asked for a $5 meal deal with a double cheeseburger but I only wanted one beef patty on the burger but instead they gave me a bread sandwich with no patties instead. What I requested was all on the McDonald’s app. It was very clear what I had asked for. To put it in layman’s terms I asked for a single cheeseburger instead of a double. This would have saved McDonald’s some money. Instead I had to drive all the way back to get what I originally wanted but instead of giving me a single burger the put two bead patties in a box and handed it to my wife. How stupid is that? My order was a very simple request but they acted like children. I had to waste time and gas to get a simple request of a single cheeseburger instead of a double. I expect some kind of compensation for such stupidity by your employees.
