Went through the drive through ordered a bacon egg and cheese Mcgriddle. Instead received a sausage McDuffie. Was heading put of town so did not have the time to.go.back. Food was old tasted horrible. Staff was not friendly. The one lady at the drive through acted like she did.not want to.be there. This McDonald's has went down hill since new owners took over.

I’ve been here several times just looking for something fast. But Jesus Christ when I ask for lite mayonnaise on a burger that does not mean I wish for you to drown it in mayonnaise. As someone who’s worked in the food industry, it’s not that difficult to follow instructions. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at.

They told us no carbonated beverages because of equipment problems. But after we finished eating we learned they could have provided cokes from the drive through fountain. They just did not want too.. So typical in the new world.

The problem with this mcdonalds is they are slow as heck. And after waiting 19 minutes. Then when you finally get to second window they basically throw the food at you. Looks like the mgmt could train their employees to make sure food is right and semi fresh. Its the only fast food in town. But that is changing soon. Excellence and pride is not a part of training nowdays. All they care about and ask is are you going to use your app today every time somebody pulls up and i know for a fact people would rather they focus on hot fresh food delivered the way you order it instead of question about their stupid app. Its food we are deali g with. Food or at least close facsimile of food anyway. Worry about the stuff were eating.

It was ok, we were part of a group of 18 people, the food was good, but the drink machines were not working and it took the counter person a little while to get drinks for folks.

Food was not fresh, especially the fries and they were out of CO2 so the drink machines were down. The restaurant itself was in need of cleaning with the floors being very slick and greasy in places and sticky in others.
