Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The workers were too busy gossiping about their coworker to make my food. At the time I was the only one in line, ordered a Zax snack, waited at the window for 12 minutes. People that ordered behind us started leaving. It was ridiculous.

I ordered a nibblers meal with no Zax sauce and my fingers rolled in the teriyaki sauce. The chicken was fresh and hot, the buns were toasted and soft, the fries were the best. The lobby was super clean. The management was very nice. Greeting everyone who comes through the doors. I would highly recommend this place for some good delicious chicken. I’ll be back for sure

Do not come to this location unless your fine with waiting 20-40 mins for your food. Only for it to be cold stale fries, missing all the sauces you asked for. I hate being asked to pull forward with the 6 other cars in the waiting for food spot. This may be the only negative review I've ever left. But after a year of getting this kind of service I had to. I usually just avoid it bc its so bad. But in this small town with limited options sometimes you just throw it in the rotation. And I always leave pissed off and won't try again for a month or more. For a place that only sells chicken, you think they would have some chicken ready to sling out the window, but it seems like they are pulling every order out of the freezer when you place the order. SO SLOW!

This store might very well be the worst staffed store in the zaxbys chain. Qas made to pull up because they were cooking fresh fries , waited 10 mins, and given old/cold fries. I wish I could say this is the only bad experience I have had there. If you are going to eat at zaxbys in hiawassee do yourself a favor and eat in the dinning room ... if its open .

I love Zaxby’s food. If you come to this Zaxby’s in Hiawassee, you are almost guaranteed to wait 15 minutes just to get to the speaker if there is 2 cars in the Drivethru, and then you will almost always wait 20 minutes AT THE SPEAKER before they take your order. Then you will have to wait 15 more minutes for your food after you pay at the window. It’s been like this for years with no fix in sight.

Line is quick. There is an exceptional worker there named Cannon and I believe he’s just a jack of all trades there that makes the establishment run top notch. Without him the building would collapse and there would be no more zaxby’s. They nail my food and are so nice. 5/5 everyday.

There is no reason in the world for a drive through line be out in the road and take 45 minutes to move enough to see the menu. If that's the case, just close the store. This store has been increasingly getting slower in the last few months. It would have been quicker to go to the Blairsville store and drive back to Hiawassee. Ended up just leaving without food.
