Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I love Zaxby’s food. If you come to this Zaxby’s in Hiawassee, you are almost guaranteed to wait 15 minutes just to get to the speaker if there is 2 cars in the Drivethru, and then you will almost always wait 20 minutes AT THE SPEAKER before they take your order. Then you will have to wait 15 more minutes for your food after you pay at the window. It’s been like this for years with no fix in sight.

The staff was very friendly when I received my food it's almost like Jesus himself came down from heaven to prepare my meal and tasted so good my taste buds did backflips and hip hip hooray-d 😋

Wings and things my go to. They the salad.

I've been a Zaxby's fantastic for a long time, but this one needs serious help/change. Had a manager tell me that he can't get good help in front of his help. Last visit they gave someone else our food. Then, even after telling them, they said we had basically the same thing and made us take the other guests food. They don't bring your food to curbside, even after checking in. Then they say the manager or his computer/tablet gets the notifications and they don't know you are here. They just throw it in the pickup rack. They don't answer the phone at times, but claim they are down. It's not good.

This place has to be the worst restaurant in our area. They are so lazy they can’t get food out at a reasonable time that they have to make every car pull forward to save their timer at the drive thru to try and make them look good. Then they get confused with what car ordered what food and it never fails that they give us the wrong food every time. This place needs to clean house and find better employees that actually care about their jobs and want to make this place successful.

Weighted 30 minutes for food receive nothing had to get a refund for my money and my family. This place needs serious help there was literally nobody inside the restaurant and they couldn't serve two or three combos in 30 minutes. 10/12/24 at 7:32pm

The food at this Zaxbys is mediocre. Zaxbys used to have the best toast to go with their chicken. It's horrific here. Stale, crushed, over done. Fountain drinks here are a disaster.

I was so happy , to see the milkshakes come back , after being gone since at least : 2018 ! I had one with three chocolate ? chip cookies ? , and it just hit the spot !

We love Zaxby's fingers. Today, we ordered fingers to take to a family event. I ordered on line and received an email telling me to click on a link, which I did on arrival. The app said that my order will be out in a minute. After waiting for over 10 minutes with nothing from the store, I called the store to find out why the delay. They said it will be right out
A few seconds later, a young woman brought it out. I asked why they had not responded to the app notification. Her response was: " oh, we don't have access to that here. You have to call us when you get here". Also, app shows dining room is open, but several people tried the door while we were waiting, only to find it locked. Zaxbys needs to get their app updated or just close it down.
