The host seated us, but we never received any waitress service, so we got up and left.

Food is good as usual. The staff was awesome. It's just odd to have a family dinner with so many people at the bar. That particular location is set up oddly as if the bar is whole focal point of the restaurant.

The server needed more training than what was given.

I ordered the Golden Goose for $9.00 and an extra shot of grey goose and they charged $9.25 JUST FOR THE SHOT! I looked it up and I’m from Miami so I know they absolutely over charged me. I am honestly enraged because I think they just made up a charge. Never ever coming here again

We were waiting for 2 hours with a hungry toddler the server was complaining about the other girl leaving her bla bla we finish our drinks she never come to our table and offer us another drink all the other servers were getting the it food out but her ….. we went to macdonalds never going back.

Server was great ! Bartender was not good at all both of my drinks taste like water and it took forever to get our food.

Never gets online order correct then the manager will get on the phone and claim that item will be refunded and funds are never received

We swore this Applebee's off a year or more back but decided to give it another try post-reno after the other restaurant we wanted to go to had a long wait time.
Regrets and regerts.
The food was SO sad. Burgers were dry, sauce was nasty, fries were old. Spicy honey chicken sauce was watery and the chicken was frozen dinner quality (fake/overly processed) at best.
Owner keeps commenting on reviews but clearly isn't doing anything to change the situation their restaurant is in.

We arrived from a trip to eat something quickly and the service was bad and slow, only a Spanish-speaking service girl took the trouble to know what to expect. Terrible food, just terrible.

Don't blame the waitress if your food comes out cold or too salty anyone with common sense knows the waitress doesn't have control over that

We're only giving them two Stars instead of one is because at least the lava cake and ice cream was pretty good. Crappy food crappy service,Crapplebees. The meat was like overdone from a microwave and the rice and onion rings where old and dried out. The fries were soggy. Last but not least I ordered two beers and they charged me three, which they corrected but only after the third time they said they would.

Today at 1:59 on January 4th 2025, me and my family went to our local Applebee's, and it was a terrible mistake. Our waitress ANNA is the worst waitress we ever had! She forgot about us after we order the drinks and appetizers. She never came back to check up on us, but she went to all of the other customers. We order the classic combo for appetizers but our entrees came out before it. The entrees were cold and very salty. We kept looking for our waitress who disappeared, and then we noticed we didn't even have silverware. When ANNA went to another customer table, we asked her for silverware. She looked like we were bothering her by rolling her eyes. Then she made up a lie blaming the hostess for something that she has to do by giving us silverware. We started eating and it may sound like we are Karen's but we are not my dad is a diabetic and he needed to eat even the food was cold and we did eat it. Then our classic combo appetizer came out ice cold and salty. So we get the manager, he took off the food. But in the end, she doesn't deserve to be a waitress and Applebee's really downgraded. They need more help too. If I could give a zero, I would. Me and my family was highly disappointed and we are known to be very great tippers. But this time is was different.

i can find half the shit they serve here in the dollar tree freezers and it would taste better than the garbage they served me. How do you use the wrong noodles for mac n cheese and re use the Alfredo sauce along with it. Every time i come here i remember why i avoid it

I haven't been disappointed by Applebee's yet. The food consistently tastes the same and the customer service is friendly and accommodating.
