Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our wonderful server Ms. Yaya was a joy. She was on point with clearing dirty dishes and cups, making sure we were enjoying our meal and kept us refilled on tea. The food was excellent and portions were great. The manager came by as well and greeted us, which is such a nice touch. Overall experience was great, such an improvement from our last visit several months ago. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that the window sills need a little cleaning. We will definitively be back again soon!

Ordered the Spicy Honey Mustard chicken sandwich. According to the menu it can come fried and with bacon. There was no bacon, they gave it to me grilled, and it was cold.

Our server, Keryi was great and did her best to be attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, Gary, who was the manager for the dinner shift this evening, came off a bit rude when my SO had a concern about the entrée he ordered. While trying to get Gary to understand the situation, he was cut off mid-explanation while putting his hand a tad too close to my SO’s face. Unsure about how his night was going or rather he was aware of how he was coming off, it was definitely noticeable to myself and my family. We wanted to continue to enjoy our night so we went on about our night. The food wasn’t as enjoyable as it used to be though. May have just went on an off night

Always like going here! You’ll usually have one of the few waitress that are there. They are always friendly and professional! Food is kind of mediocre as far as these chains of restaurants go! But overall love going every time

Our server Karri was amazing!!! Very nice and very patient 10/10 recommend her. I got the shrimp and brocoli Alfredo and spinach dip everything was great. Ordered 2 alcoholic beverages as well and the bartender definitely deserves a raise!😁

Been here like 5 times because of work chicken is always overcooked staff is not to friendly even at the bar no conversation burger wasn’t that good either and cheese sticks cold

Asked about all you can eat shrimp. That's what I mainly went for. Waitress said they didn't have it any more. A coworker went in bout an hour later and ordered all you can eat shrimp and was served.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We came in With gift certificates and we were given our food before the appetizer came as it was cold when it was first brought then they messed up the entree and my wife literally had have hers boxed as everybody was done before her food came
We then were just trying to pay for 30 minutes as our waitress didn’t come by to the table and the bills needed to be split. Then they come coming back with bills that didn’t add up we ended up paying $10 more than what the bill together originally was

I recently dined with my mother and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the poor service we received from a server named Anna. From the moment she approached our table, she seemed rushed and uninterested in providing quality service. She took our order in haste and made no effort to engage with us beyond that.

Once our food arrived, Anna never returned to check on us. We needed additional assistance, but she continuously walked past our table, completely ignoring us. It was both confusing and frustrating to be disregarded so blatantly.

Feeling dismissed, we asked to speak with the manager. Thankfully, Bill, who was extremely professional and caring, listened to our concerns and addressed the issue with empathy and attentiveness.

What made matters worse is that we overheard Anna telling a coworker she had already clocked out. While we understand that staff have shift limits, it is not acceptable to simply disappear without informing customers. At the very least, she should have let us know she was finishing her shift and directed us to someone else who could assist us.

Anna’s behavior was unprofessional and lacked the basic courtesy expected in any customer service role. We were left feeling disregarded and unwelcome, which is a shame, as the rest of the experience had the potential to be much more pleasant under different circumstances.

Well now its Jun 1 '25, we're here again, 1) tea was way too sweet 2) outside of the top hamburger bun was greasier than the burger 3) fries wayyyy too salty 4) waitress was a little distracted i think but did good 5) couldnt eat the fries, asked the waitress for new fries, brought new fries, asked for no salt, had some kind of faint sweet smelling seasoning, couldnt eat them either. .... Never liked it here, still dont. My wife likes the pretzels. Bout best thing here honestly. ...... 🤧🤢..... End rev. ... We haven't been here in 8 months. We didn't like it the last time. Now. The waitress took our drink order, brought our drinks, then we didn't see her again. Asked this other waitress what happened to her. She'd left. So she took our order.
