Overall disappointing. Was seated right away, but things went downhill quickly after that. The young lady serving my table pushed drinks I didn't really want, took a long time to bring our food (even with giving extra points for it being fairly busy on a Friday night), which arrived lukewarm, not hot, she ignored our table after dropping off the food to the point we had to ask another server to find her so we could get our check to leave. The food was ok but not worth driving across town for which makes me a little sad because I've been hearing such good things about the place. I won't say I'll never go back, but I definitely won't be rushing to get there

Terrible experience for one we keep getting cold food2 terrible service my husband waited 30-40 mins for our food that was just sitting there the girl had the nerve to have an attitude. Then she passes my husband the food and walks off so he leaves drives 20mins back home 20mins after that they call says oh he didn’t pay he said she gave it to me and walked off. Long story short he drove back down there has to wait 30-40 mins for fresh food but they do this offer if it’s not that it’s the chewy steak or always forgetting your order

Didn’t realize I had hair in my Togo order until I got to work. I Had hair in my food , make sure yall cooks wear hairnets … it’s 2024 , that’s beyond unacceptable. ! There food and safety regulations and rules for a reason .. do better

They did not have crayons for the kids to draw on their kid's menus, the wait staff did not look happy to be there and when my wife commented on it she was given the excuse of "were just all tired from working a lot, and I'm in school". I ordered an appetizer for my wife's meal and asked the waitress to bring it out with everyone's food but she brought it out early, the face of the restaurant (the hostess) had a bull ring in her nose, and the restroom did not have a trashcan by the door to throw away the paper towel that you use to open the door.

Sat at bar due to an almost thirty minute wait. Bartender was so busy attending bar, waiting tables, running food that the poor guy was frazzled. Ordered the two for $25. The burger was plain. No mayo. No mustard. No ketchup. The bun wasn't even toasted it was just plain. Not impressed at all.

Second horrible experience I've had at this location in a row. Sat at our table for an hour before being told what was going on and why we had been waiting so long. My daughter had work in the morning and we were hoping for a quick meal. Waitress said she was sorry and that she had burned her hand and dropped one of our entrees. She stated that they were remaking it and it would be out shortly. Also that they could comp the meal and the manager would be out shortly. The manager asked if we would like anything while we wait and gave us salad to hold us over. Finally after our not so good meal, we were told that they took off 10 bucks from our check. I asked what happened to us getting our meal comped and the manager said that it was not the waitresses place to tell us that and we were to pay for our meal. So all in all the 10 bucks off covered the salad and our sodas...

Not at all worth the money. Our waitress hardly checked in on us & left us sitting at our table for about 30 minutes after we finished eating before she finally brought us the bill. They also charged me ¢80 to add cheese to a CHEESEBURGER?? It came with no cheese? & then the waitress told me that I should’ve ordered a completely different cheeseburger if I wanted cheese. Why is it called an original cheeseburger if it has no cheese
