The service at the drive-thru was reasonable but the roast beef sandwich was mediocre. It's been a while since my last sandwich at Arby's and they seem to have changed the recipe for the sliced beef, probably for cost cutting, and the flavor and texture is less satisfactory.

Tried the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for 10 mins. Tried to order and the lady just kept saying “Dang It” over and over. Waited another 10 mins then I went inside. Then I stood at the counter. No one is here and she just kept saying dang and really confused. Then it took 20 mins to get a #1. lol Horrible

I guess their “wraps” are made with a small and flat chicken tender, literally the size of a Q tip and wrapped in a tortilla. Not worth the wait. Not worth the money. It’s not even lukewarm. The day shift does a better job than the night shift in conclusion.

Like Keteras review, fries were old and had been fried a second time to heat them up. Very oily a d bottom of the basket crumbs. Chicken tender were not much better and incredibly small. Also closed doors 30 minutes earlier than the window sticker on the door. They gave us no red sauce with 2 orders of x4 mozzarella sticks - the only item not pre fried an hour ago and sitting out.
Ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich, got home missing bacon tomato and onion. Called and talked with Asa she took my name, went back s few days later and was completed with new sandwiches. Great customer service and professionalism.

We got dinner in the drive through. My wife and I ordered Greek gyro meals with 6 cheese sticks for sides. We were asked to pull away from the drive through window, told they would bring our food out within 4 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, I went inside. They had totally forgotten our order. There was not one patron inside the restaurant, and at least three workers behind the counter. No reason for us to have had to wait so long. Once I got our order, when I got to the car, it was short one of the 6 cheese stick. Absolute incompetence. I had to go back ibside for the order cheese stick order. I will not go back to that location again.

I have a restricted diet and I asked for a lb of just meat and they wanted to charge me for two sandwiches. I’ve gone to other locations in the area and they just charge me for the meat and have an actual button to do that! The manager showed me. Apparently the employees here have not been trained properly. I also asked for a cup of water and they charged me $3. I asked why and they said it was for the cup. This is crazy price gouging.
