I’m so disappointed I eat here quite often but the last few times have been a disappointment the rice was literally spoiled as if they cooked it days ago and have the nerve to serve it days later the smell of it was unbearable

I guess everyone taste buds are different. I came because of the good reviews but the food itself was not to my liking. The only thing that was ok was the rice. My husband also didn’t like the food niether. It was too much nutmeg in the beans and I gotten an oxtail plate with little to none meat on my plate. It was a great experience because he was kind but I will not be returning.

The food was absolutely delicious and seasoned well. My son’s kids meal and my fried fish was dropped fresh. The portions are LARGE! We loved it. Will definitely be coming back!!

My words cannot explain how wonderful this establishment is to their customers. The food is made fresh and the customer service is beyond compare. The owner is such a well spoken and wonderful man of God. We have gone there before and we will go back again. They give you such a generous portion of food for the price! Highly recommended!!!

Me and my husband sat and indulged in the best bbq! We traveled from Statesboro to dine in and we truly enjoyed the ribs and bbq chicken dinner! The baked beans, potato salad and rice were awesome.

They have the best customer service around. My daughter had the fried shrimp. I had the fried pork chop and we could not find a better place to eat. The lemonade was so good that I drunk a full cup just so I could drink more. I will comeback just to eat the rest of the menu. My goal is to at least try and eat everything on the menu at least once. So join me on the challenge.

The customer service was exceptional, unfortunately the downfall was the food. You see all these good reviews and think why not order the food and presentation looks good through the pictures. The baked beans flavor was off tastes like nutmeg or all spice is added. The bbq chicken has no seasoning whatsoever but the bbq sauce made it okay to eat. The Mac has great flavor !! BUT it’s way too mushy. And kinda the same for the seafood rice flavor was on point but rice was overcooked. And I didn’t get to experience the collard greens I ordered cause they weren’t in the bag. Also got the pineapple lemonade and it was wayyy too sweet. Hate to be that one bad review in the sea of good ones but just giving my honest opinion.
