The food very rarely disappoints, but customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced.

I don't know her name, but the manager that works on Sundays acts as if it's the customer's fault if the restaurant runs out of an item or if something is incorrect.

They seem to be severely understaffed or don't work well as a team. Everyone is too focused on themselves and their tasks that customers aren't being helped in a timely manner.

This morning, Sunday 30 March, they were out of fries and bo-rounds!! Like, how? Whoever conducted the order for the truck might need to be retrained.

I really like Bojangles food, but today was the last straw for me dealing with the Bojangles in Hinesville, GA.

This is the worst bojangles that I have ever seen. Corporate needs to get here fast before the health department is next to be called. They never have the proper inventory. They where not open one morning because the staff was late to work on a friday morning. The managers need to be fired. An the place is filthy. This is a military town and this restaurant is not up to standard. Corporate you need to do an unannounced visit asap. Why are you not checking on your stores regularly. I am so disappointed on this bojangles. You should close down if you do not take the business seriously.

Oh Bojangles, what happened? I used to love going to you for breakfast. The food was great. The service was even better. It was on par with Chick-fil-A (and in some instances, better). Fast-forward to a few months ago. I don’t know what happened, but you have an absolute nightmare of a manager and a staff that clearly wants to quit at every given turn. The food takes impossibly long some days and you don’t have items on others. The quality is inconsistent and at the end of the day I just feel like rudeness is supposed to be a part of the experience. I guess I’ll be killing myself slowly with Wawa hot food moving forward. Thanks for the memories.

The young man who took my Order was very nice and professional, something you don’t see in fast food these days, he is the exception for sure! Food was very hot and fresh, I love the dirty rice! Very clean location also, the team here is working well together!

The food was old and messed up. The person at the window acted like I wasn't there, and sharing their events with coworkers was more important than serving me.

Husband was rushed through the drive thru by the guy taking his order. When he got to the window the woman said he had gotten everything wrong and had to change it. Then when the food gets home half of it’s still wrong after he went through and re gave them the correct order.

BRING BACK CHEDDAR BO'S or give up the recipe please lol. I wasn't a big fan of my sandwich. The employees are awesome. The seating area was clean and accommodating even if I didn't sit down.

Workers can't comprehend early in the morning. Holds food hostage when you tell them what they did wrong... I expect that from a teen not a well seasoned old lady.

Showed up at 4:56 am to have a lady get mad at me for being "early" even though goodgle said they have been open for almost an hour. When I apologized and asked what time they open she continues to get mad and starts being rude. And just starts yelling u have 11 minutes. Open at five. She can't do math real good apparently.

Whole order from drive through was completely wrong. Didn't complain or drive back about it because it's just not what we would do. Food wasn't gross, but it def wasn't what we wanted

SHOULD JUST CLOSE THE LOCATION!! Went thru drive thru had to wait 5 mins before anyone came to take my order. They were out of everything. Food was cold so i requested that it be re-cooked and they reheated the same food. Biscuit was rock hard. Unacceptable especially after a spending $17 dollars for five chicken fingers. Whole crew looked unmotivated including manager.
