This place hires some seriously incompetent people I go through the drive-through order their big bacon whopper with a medium Coke and medium fries. I get a whopper with cheese, some kind of pink drink and a box half full of french fries that are damn near cold to the touch unbelievable!! but it is fast food I shouldn’t expect anything else!!

This Burger King location is consistently disappointing. The dining area is usually dirty, with tables left uncleaned. I’ve received the wrong order more than once, and on top of that, my breakfast sandwiches have been served ice cold. To make matters worse, they’ve even run out of burgers at Burger King. That’s the one item you should always be able to count on. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Burger King is Hinesville is ok, it was very busy and my fries were cold or at the very least cool, the burgers are shrinking for sure, but that’s fast food these days! Can’t blame the staff for that, they were working hard, just hard to get enough help these days and corporate wants to keep the bare minimum of people to survive! Used the drive thru, it was good!

Idc what time of day you come to this Burger King they always act like they don’t wanna be at work. It also shows when you get your order as well. I always have to bring my order back to get it corrected. Customer service is everything and the workers need to understand without the public coming there they will be without a job. Do better!

My wife and I went through the drive-thru and waited about five minutes at the speaker, even though there were no other cars in line. When someone finally responded, the employee was yelling profanity and telling people to “back off.”

We placed our order clearly—no veggies—but still received food loaded with them. After ordering, we were told to pull up to “the window,” so we stopped at the first one. We waited another five minutes before the same employee came over and shouted at us to move to the second window instead.

This entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. Whoever manages this location needs to seriously address employee conduct and training. No customer should have to experience that kind of behavior when simply trying to order a meal.

This fast food joint like 90% of the others in hinesville is full of employees that have zero standards. My order was missing food and when I went back to get it the food was wrong. Fries cold and clearly old. Just everything an absolute joke. I mean what can you expect from a place with windows that look the way theirs does though. If you want BK get it somewhere else or pay for door dash so you can get your money back when it's wrong or messed up in some way

They usually get the food right and service is good. Sometimes they seem to neglect lobby customers if the drive-thru gets slammed though. I've been given a BBQ brisket burger that had no barbeque sauce once for some reason, but that was the only time I've had any order issue.

If I could give zero stars for service and atmosphere I would. My family felt incredibly unwelcomed and had to take our food to go because,of it. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed in a damn fast food restaurant in my life.

Pulled up around 5:30, sat in the parking lot for a second to download the app so we’d know what we wanted. You know, trying to be prepared. Got in the drive-thru, politely asked for a moment because the app was still loading… and immediately got hit with a heavy sigh and full-blown attitude like we just ruined his whole evening.

Sir, it is not that serious.

Tried to order a kids meal, read it straight from the board where it literally says King Junior Meal, and he cuts me off to say, “It’s called a kids meal.” Okay, Burger King employee of the month 🙄. Then when I said we wanted the burger and nuggets option, he acted like I couldn’t read and listed the entire kids menu again. Like I was slow or something.

I asked for another second so my boyfriend could finish deciding, and I guess that pushed him over the edge because he just… stopped talking. Ignored me when I said I was ready. Like full silent treatment. Then a whole new voice jumped on and somehow had even more attitude than the first guy. No hello, no “what can I get you,” just a dry “pull up to the second window.” At that point, we were over it. Drove off and took our business to McDonald’s.

Which, by the way, had a line wrapped around the building. This BK was empty and now we know why.

Doordash issues... if there are orders drop 3rd parties remember they can sent links and options for support but never give you the support for when there are missing items. They have bad policies orln returns. Just like all doordash stores
