They usually get the food right and service is good. Sometimes they seem to neglect lobby customers if the drive-thru gets slammed though. I've been given a BBQ brisket burger that had no barbeque sauce once for some reason, but that was the only time I've had any order issue.

Awesome experience tonight! Staff was patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted and got us through ordering in a timely fashion. We pulled up to think second window, paid, and got to see staff listening and singing to music and in good spirits. We didn't have to wait for food and it was hot and fresh. Thank you for the wonderful food and kick ass service!!

Derrick and the team was very helpful with my experience in the drive-thru. I came to try the pink lemonade freeze (which was a 3/10, guess I didn't like the flavor) and his team asked if I wanted the order from the person ahead.

There was an external issue with the person and they didn't want to waste the food. In the end I accepted it and was very happy it didn't go to waste. Service from drive through was amazing, the food itself was still...
