Ordered the supreme sampler and got to the hotel and no shrimp at all in the box, no green beans and soggy fries. Green beans are my favorite thing, very very disappointed and out of my money and food

The store is always immaculate, good hot seafood and great service, I live in Jesup and drive to hinesville once a month for past 10 years, Great job!!

Really bad service, I was waiting for the drive-tru for about 30 minutes nobody attend me do I get inside and they got about 5 people claiming about the get wrong order or missing items, s i was waiting inside about another 30 minutes so I spend in total 1 hour I think is to much time I guess they don't have enough people or they need to training really good the workers they have

Ordered the yellow fish-grilled, I don't think it was grilled, I'm guessing pan fried. It was cooked perfectly, my guess in butter, with an touch of some spices. It's the first time in years I didn't have to drown fish in tarter sauce to eat it- it was amazing!!! Not greasy either!! Great job and I wish I had said something when I was there. Also had...creamed corn battered something or other, how wonderfully different, again not greasy- same with the hush puppies. Our waitress was great as well, attentive but not overly, very sweet, and we weren't rushed in any way. Prices are in the ballpark of a sit down and what I considered reasonable. Over all a very pleasing experience. Thank you!

Very mid. The thing is we came during the early lunch time frame, so the food should have been a lot fresher than it was. No salt added to anything and when you eat the fish you're only really eating batter. The food just tasted reheated from the previous day. I know fast food is mid In general, but definitely been to a lot better fast food places.
Pleasant cashier. Informs you right away of product non-availability. Checks order before before customer leaves. MY CONCERN IS THE LACK OF HAIRNETS AND BEARD COVERS FOR THE COOKS. BRINGS THE QUESTION THE USAGE OF GLOVES. Bearded one wore neither head cover or beard cover. The other cook with a 1/2 dread loc up do with the rest hanging on his collar. I questioned the lack of these items with no response. I should have requested a refund. Could not eat the items. Epithelials and hair took over. Is there no store standard in place. Does the city food inspector not require these items? What's your store grade? Oh My! I enjoy the Captain but apparently not enough to eat the food any longer.

Ordered a fish sandwich. The fish was not freshly cooked. It tasted like it was cooked hours ago. Not even hot. Had to go back to the store because they left out the cheese cake I ordered. Will not be going back there ever.

This was our first time at Captain D's. The staff was friendly and patient as we looked at the menu. The food was amazing and hit the spot. The music brought nostalgia and served as a beautiful cherry on the metaphorical cupcake. Thank y'all so much!! ? We will DEFINITELY be returning.
