12/31/2025 My dad had placed an online order and we had double checked it several times to make sure everything was on the order. When my wife and my sister-in-law went and picked up the order they checked the bags they counted the containers that were in the bag and they thought it was right. It should have been six meals, a kids meal which they thought was in the bag with the extra hushpuppies. Once they arrived home we realized they did not have a sandwich combo meal plus one of our meals only had like four pieces of shrimp in it is like they split a bag into two different meals because we had two popcorn shrimp meals. We had an $80 order.We received the soda for the chicken sandwich combo but we never received the sandwich and the fries the lady in there was really nice the gentleman that was back there I'm not sure he was a manager or what he kind of questioned us. Like I told him I would not have wasted my time driving clear back over there if we would have received the right order he said he had double checked the order and it was all there,so I don't know if they gave our sandwich combo to someone else or what. The guys back in the back in the grill area we're questioning it also there was a black guy and a white guy .I was with my granddaughter because it was her sandwich .As we were leaving the store once we got our order she had turned around and heard the white guy tell the guy at front counter we were lying. I did not appreciate that I'm not going to lie and waste my time over a $10 sandwich. If that is how they are going to treat their customers I will take my business elsewhere next time I come to Hinesville to visit I come down here two or three times a year. The food was great even though mine was cold once I had to go back to the store to get our order corrected. My only complaint was really the employee in the back that called us Liars.

I love Captain D’s, but last night when I got my food, I could literally taste how old it was. The crew definitely missed the mark with the fish. It tasted like it had been left out all day and then reheated right before serving it to us.

HORRIBLE experience here! Heavy set white guy takes our order which is 2 full meals. He asks for here or to go. We say here. We pay. Then tells us the meals don't come with a drink. WHY would the meal not, #2 why wouldn't you tell us that before we paid, #3 we said for here not to go so why would you assume we didn't want drinks with 2 full meals. Then we pay again for our drinks and the white skinny guy fixes our drinks and only fills them up 3/4 of the way. WORST possible experience at a Captain D's. Lazy sorry service! 12-27-2025 7:03pm

The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about, but the manager there is top notch. He was so friendly, very detailed, very organized, etc. He was the nicest person I've ever seen working fast food. That man needs a raise!

Ordered the supreme sampler and got to the hotel and no shrimp at all in the box, no green beans and soggy fries. Green beans are my favorite thing, very very disappointed and out of my money and food
The store is always immaculate, good hot seafood and great service, I live in Jesup and drive to hinesville once a month for past 10 years, Great job!!
