Very rude window staff, It’s pouring rain and I order a pickup order online to easy pickup in drive thru just like EVERY other fast food just to be told rudely with a attitude I need to come inside with a snark voice.

Today is December 3rd and I came to pick up an order of strawberry cheesecake bites because I had seen the ad on Facebook… When I ordered it, I was unaware that it went through DoorDash for pick up, but I still made sure that I parked got out and went up to the window. As I approached the window, I looked a young woman in the face And she continued to walk didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. I stood there for about 11 minutes, being ignored by her and two other people I saw working. I then got in my car and Try to go through the drive-through & I told her that I’m here to pick up an order that I placed.. She said “you gotta come to the window”… I explained that I had already came to the window and that it’s cold I was waiting…. She disregarded what I said, and immediately said in a nasty tone “WELL YOU GOTTA COME BACK”…. ma’am. I could’ve chose McDonald’s I could’ve chose Wendy’s. I could’ve chose Chick-fil-A, but I chose checkers because I really wanted to try the strawberry cheesecake bites due to her being rude. I just drove off and did not walk back up to the window because I know how I am and truth be told it’s safer for her that I did so. It is 2025 and it shocks me that people are so disrespectful and rude to customers. If you do not like your job, then quit. It was a pick up by the person who ordered. I stood in line. I waited you did not help me so I drove up and waited and you told me to repeat the first step I took. I spent my last seven dollars to try those cheesecake bites because I know I’m getting paid tomorrow and I just wanted a sweet little snack… But I drove off. I did not walk back up so now I’m losing out on money and getting to try What I ordered. I know times are hard and some people have bad days, but it was no reason for her to be so disrespectful to me when I did absolutely nothing to her. I want the franchise owner to call me because they need to either retrain her or talk to her.. People are crazy and she does not know me from a can of pain I could’ve done anything about cheesecake bites doesn’t that sound crazy? I am doing something because of cheesecake bites exactly.. So maybe she should talk to people and treat them with respect as they’ve done her

Was traveling through this area, for miles we saw billboard advertising the $4 meal. We got there they only had a $6 meal. It wasn't worth even half that.

Costumer service is top tier. They are kind, and efficient. The spicy chicken sandwich is really tasty too.
Unfortunately their soda machine needs to be cleaned. My sprite tastes like moldy water which tells me it has not been either properly cleaned or serviced in a while.
