I visited Chick-fil-A this evening with my two daughters after my daughter’s soccer game. I ordered three meals—one for each of my girls and one to take home for my son. After sitting down, I realized that my daughter’s kids' meal was missing the fries and toy.
I went to the counter with my receipt to request the missing items, simply to verify what I had paid for. The young woman at the counter asked whether I had ordered inside or through the drive-thru, then asked to "see" my daughter's meal. She followed me back to our table and checked the bag herself, which made me feel uneasy and embarrassed—almost as if I were being accused of something.
They did provide the missing items, but a few minutes later, the same employee returned to our table and asked to see my receipt again. This entire interaction left me feeling uncomfortable. I understand the need for accuracy, but the approach felt excessive and humiliating.
My kids love Chick-fil-A, and while this experience isn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, I don’t think we’ll be returning. I don’t know if this is common practice, but I hope the management considers a more customer-friendly approach to handling situations like this.

I really wish I could give 5 stars… I’m not the biggest fan of chick fil a, but my family loves it. I decided to go get 2 bowls (husband on keto) so he obviously needed grilled chicken and no hashbrown. Also ordered chicken minis 10/10 for that. My husband goes to eat the grilled chicken and it’s not cooked thoroughly/raw tasting. I’m not sure how they cook the chick or if it’s just heated up from frozen? Either way. A little disappointed they sent me a coupon for it. Not my favorite place, but I’m sure my husband will not turn chick fil a down either way. Just be careful with the grilled chicken😊

We are regular Chick Fil A customers and we have our favorites. Tonight I ordered one of mine, the market salad, for pick up. However, when I got home 45 minutes away I found that they did not give me the almonds and granola that come with it. I'm so frustrated and obviously cannot go back. The salad just doesn't taste the same without them.
