Even with it being a busy night, our waitress was able to ensure our table was taken care of without being a bother. Overall, the food is alright, but the appetizers are where this place shines. We initially received the wrong item with our appetizer, which is understandable, being it was busy, but our waitress very quickly corrected the issue!

My family & I just left your restaurant & are now eating at Longhorn down the street! Upon entering Chili's there were 3 young ladies discussing everything but jobs with their backs to us. It was approximately 20 or 30 seconds while we waited for them to acknowledge our presence. I then asked 1 of them who was the hostess to which she responded all of them were. Then she went on to explain that they were discussing the seating arrangements (which was NOT what we heard). She also informed me that all of them were hostesses & they were discussing how to seat people in a tone that suggested that I was interrupting her. No one ever said they were sorry for not taking our name or even acknowledged our presence. 7 people standing 4 feet away from them. It is true we were the only group standing there & as we left we informed the couple coming in the door of there rudeness.

Chili's has gone downhill , it's sad . My favorite is the Texas cheese fries , add chili and it's perfect . Go for dinner today , tell me why they don't have chili anymore ???? The Texas fries need it I always add chili . The nachos were so sad , I was disappointed majorly when they bring out a plate with like 16 chips and they each have a little of the queso and cheese ,n then a small pile of the lettuce ,pico , and guacamole in the middle , that's not nachos ??? The chips were burnt too. Got a burger and fries , the fries taste odd , like the oil needs to be changed or they are freezer burnt . And my burgers bun was stale , you could taste it was stale and was falling apart . For my mom and I to eat there it was $52 ,NOT worth it , regretted walking In as soon as I saw the nachos . And got sweet tea to drink , tea wasn't that sweet and no ice as you refill so it's just warm sad tea

Food was hot but took a while to get it. I had Mac n cheese as one of my sides but when it came out it looked like it had been sitting there all day. Other than that the food tasted pretty good. Our waitress seemed clueless and not very attentive to our needs. Never once brought refills on drinks and we had to ask a few times for condiments. Ordered desserts, which took a long time to come out as well. For the prices charged, the service should be exemplary.

Well, well, well, they gave me a sauce cup full of ice cream… I don’t understand why a company will give an ice cream sauce cup 🤔🤔🤔 1/4 of a cup, I’m flabbergasted!

My friend, Traci and I ate lunch here today in Hinesville, GA. She has severe allergies to spices. Our waiter was so attentive and told the cook Brendon, and he came out to speak with her regarding this. He assured her he would make her a fresh hamburger with no spices and clean a spot on the grill to be sure no spices were left on the grill for her safety. And he in fact did just that!! They were delicious!! I just want him to know how much we both appreciate his efforts!!! We will be coming back!!! Thanks again Brendon!!

we unfortunately had a problem with our food but our server was so professional and nice about it, the manager offered us a complimentary appetizer or dessert. Overall their kindness and hospitality made it a great experience.

The Cajun chicken pasta was delicious! The service was very professional and the staff got me my takeout order in a timely manner. The new peanut butter pie is also tasty!

I had a horrible dining experience. I tool my mom here for dinner. My server kept calling us baby. When we ordered,( I ordered ribs and sausage and my mom ordered the steak shrimp and chicken dish) the food was cold. I had to send my street corn back because it was poorly prepared. I'm from S.florida I know what elote is supposed to look like. I asked for a manager, I had to ask a host to get a manager. An older white male came to speak to me and wouldn't give me his name. I told him about my experience. The bathroom looked so bad I felt better using the bathroom outside. Didn't , but outside was cleaner. I did not even receive an apology. I didn't ask for a comp or discount. My meal was 74.00, and the best part of it was my margarita. This was the worst dining experience I ever had.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to on this one. Tonight I ordered take out for dinner and upon going to the take out desk I was met with the most unpleasant girl, no smile, no greeting and just looked like she hated her life. When I got my food I said I hope you have a good night.. no response. Then I ate the food, the ranch was warm which was kind of weird to me and behold 2 hours later I’m down with extreme food poising. Thanks chilis ✨
