Staff was friendly but service was not good. The guy that took our order left and didn't relay information that we had ordered. This caused us a longer wait and when we questioned twice about the order it needed reheating by the time we got home. They had our order in their office waiting.

The black bean burger was dry and hard. It was borderline flavorless however it was also spicy, very weird. It was my first and last time trying it.

Went to Chili's for lunch this afternoon and ended up leaving without lunch due to my chicken crispers being undercooked each time. HOWEVER, our server, Ramona, was incredible. She did offer to let me order something else, but I was over it after biting into the chicken two different times. Her customer service was so great that I wasn't even phased by the fact I didn't get to have lunch today. She was incredibly kind and pleasant. I ended up paying for my drink only, and ended up tipping her 3x what my check total was just because of how much I enjoyed her service - if a manager/supervisor sees this review, please make sure Ramona knows what an asset she is to your team!!!

We were making bets on how long it would take to get our next drinks and the waitress maid it seem like it was my fault the order was wrong because I ordered something special. If it's something you can't do, let the customer know. I would have changed my order.

I went to Chili's with my daughter and husband yesterday. We were seated across from the bar. It was completely cramped. Then we waited a good 20 minutes before our server approached our table. He took our full order all at once, drinks, appetizers, and meal order. This caused all our food to come out at once (appetizers with meals) I like them beforehand. There was no room to place all the food on the table, let alone eat it. We waited for refills on our drinks for a while before our waiter came by again. The food was ok but the service was severely lacking. Normally I like Chili's and always have a good experience but yesterday was not it.

Me and my Husband dined in yesterday 7/17/2025 after a doctor visit and we were skeptical because of some of the reviews but we stopped anyway. I must say we were greeted upon arriving and the food and service was awesome. We will definitely be back! Ya'll keep up the good work!

Never disappoints, the watermelon lemonade is heavenly and the chicken crispers are my personal favorite the breading to being cooked perfect this is a #1 for me.

We had great food and our server, Charlie, was awesome! Fast, friendly and totally attentive! The southwest egg rolls and triple fajitas were phenomenal! All the staff were laughing and joking together and it was just an awesome experience! Thank you!

I placed an order via phone because someone else was paying and picking up. When the person got there to pick up there was confusion the General Manger was NOT HELPFUL at all, in fact he was quite rude and was rushing me off the phone. The food is not that great for the service to be that bad! Do better, even TGIf got y’all beat in the service department.
