Staff was friendly but service was not good. The guy that took our order left and didn't relay information that we had ordered. This caused us a longer wait and when we questioned twice about the order it needed reheating by the time we got home. They had our order in their office waiting.

Went to Chili's for lunch this afternoon and ended up leaving without lunch due to my chicken crispers being undercooked each time. HOWEVER, our server, Ramona, was incredible. She did offer to let me order something else, but I was over it after biting into the chicken two different times. Her customer service was so great that I wasn't even phased by the fact I didn't get to have lunch today. She was incredibly kind and pleasant. I ended up paying for my drink...

We were making bets on how long it would take to get our next drinks and the waitress maid it seem like it was my fault the order was wrong because I ordered something special. If it's something you can't do, let the customer know. I would have changed my order.
