Chipotle Mexican Grill

Stingy employees that want to give you the bare minimum portions and like to call every little bit extra a double portion. Staff was not friendly, and the coke tasted flat.

Don’t order mobile there give you 4 pieces of steak! And a big ass bowl of rice.

If you guys close at 9pm. Put it on the app.

The worst service ever out of any food place I have ever been. I think employees there hate their job. Drive through person has worst attitude. They doesn't care about customers or customer service.

Went in to order my food before 8 pm. They close at 10. And they say it’s online order only as they are pulling to food from the hot bar.

The food is mediocre. They say they offer sweet tea but they never make it. Laziness maybe?
The freshness of the food seems questionable

I wanted a quesadilla for my son. You can only order that online unless you get a child's quesadilla. So as my family of 7 ate, I had to download the app to order. So as I stood in line, I downloaded the app and placed an order. So, it took about 5 minutes to download the app, create an account, and place an order, and the earliest it can be ready is 17 minutes after we sit down. 15 min later, it's ready. I tried to talk to the manager, but he was rude and annoyed. I asked for the GM's number and the store number. He told me that it was him. He then explained how Chipotle works, that the left side doesn't talk to the right side, and that there is nothing he can do, etc, and so on. Then, to top it off, the order I ordered online wasn't correct when it came out. He was like I gave it to you for free, what's it matter. After discussing the sides of restruant and accuracy, it's purely a moment of principle as I didn't ask for it for a reason. The kid hates salsa. The only side was to be white rice, not guacamole and salsa. He then left the restaurant and sped off in his car. Sometimes, a little customer service goes a long way, but to tell me there is nothing he can do as a GM is BS.

I've never been to such a dirty restaurant. No wonder Chipotle is always in the news for making people sick. This restaurant was gross, go somewhere else!

I swear I never learn... I can recall 3 times I've eaten here and I have gotten diarrhea/nausea from this place after eating their food. This might be the last time for me. I'm currently living on the toilet crying because I feel so sick and worried for my poor babies safety in my own body. The place is disgusting with dirty dishes STACKED high and crusty old food from the stove scraped up snd just sitting there for who knows how long. Wish I took photos but couldn't relive that thought again

So today I went and there was hair in my food 2 different strands two completely different colors and length. I come back to store and no apology was give the young lady looks at another employee and says it’s hair should I remake it…. And then looks at me and says you can thru it away.

Management needs to step it up, always closed randomly or short staffed.

Most dirtiest location I have ever been to. You could see food and cooking utensils under the appliances. Employees don’t even care about what they’re doing most of the time. Management please go check on your establishment, Y'all have to do better.

The service period has been consistently poor! Multiple times, orders have been missed, resulting in late pick-up times. The staff seems to be playing games and is completely complacent. If you’re on a tight schedule, I strongly advise you to choose a different establishment.

I did a application and called back like they told me too. They never scheduled my interview.

I agree with most of the reviews…. One of the worst experiences…. Always looking forward to a good Mexican meal… straight to the trash…
