Chipotle Mexican Grill

Mid. Personally I mainly use the pick up in the chipotlane and every single time it’s been less than satisfactory. Underwhelming. They literally always forget something, a drink, guac, chips, utensils, napkins, a topping. Their menu isn’t that big for them to always forget part of my order. It’s always something. And the staff doesn’t seem happy. The food (when prepared right) do be bussin im not gonna lie. It’s supposed to be! And the drinks are good, everything always fresh but the service can be improved. At least pay attention to detail…. I’m glad the food is prepared quickly but I wish they wouldn’t forget things like when I ask for extra cheese and they put NO cheese or when they leave out my kids juice box or guac which I paid extra for. I don’t know why I keep doing it to myself but I thought yall should know.

Worst service ever

Every time we go here they are missing something, today no guac, last week no ice, before that no fajita mix. Chips are always stale. It's getting really frustrating.

My husband and I stopped here to pickup dinner tonight and jeez.. never again honestly. It has nothing to do with the service or employees, but rather the food. $30 for two bowls and they both ended up in the trash. Both my husband and I received fatty wads of chicken, and only dark meat. Not at all what we wanted or have ever experienced at Chipotle. I can’t say we will ever return after this. Time to go figure out what to eat for dinner now since Chipotle went in the trash.

Tasteless burrito bowl.

It's incredibly frustrating to come to Chipotle after a long day, only to be told they're only taking online orders. What's the difference between making food for an online order versus preparing it for a customer standing right in front of you? If you're only doing online orders, put a sign on the door—don’t wait until someone walks in expecting service. This lack of communication and effort is exactly why your Google rating is so low. It comes across as pure laziness and a lack of work ethic. Easily one of the worst Chipotle locations in the area—and that’s saying something.
