I came to get something to eat at 1:40/1:45. I didn’t get to the window until 1:57. The cashier told me to wait. They close at 2:00 and when it hit that time he came on the intercom and said they were closed. I know how the food industry is supposed to operate and they are playing with people!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! This place used to be amazing but now it's sad and pitiful. I had to ask 5 times for my drink and wait for her to take 6 other orders before I even got what I asked for. She was rude af at that front counter. Little blonde haired girl. The food was a huge disappointment as well. Should have saved my money. Ordered chili cheese fries and got old ass fries and burnt chili on top. Only thing they got right was the coke float and you don't have to cook that!! I will not return again and thats sad cause it used to be my fav spot.

The girl taking orders at the front counter was not only rude but ignored me the 5 times I mentioned she forgot my drink. Then I had to wait for her to take 6 customer orders before I even saw my drink. I ordered chili cheese fries and the chili was burnt and old. Couldn't even eat that mess. I don't know what you guys got going on but you need to do better. This place used to be off the chain but now it's just sad and pitiful. I tried calling to speak with a manager about my experience before posting and got hung up on. All I did was ask to speak to a manager. Tried calling back and then no one wanted to answer the phone. Plenty of other great places to eat at here in Hinesville...I won't be back to the cookout. ?

Was visiting from out of town and gave this place a try late night. Drive-Thru line was long and the wait was too but the customer service was on point. My food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Though I’d say the burger was much better than the sides which didn’t taste all that fresh… especially the onion rings and fried cheese bites. But overall one of the best burgers I’ve had in some time. Also the prices are extremely affordable. I just wish this place was in Florida where I stay.
Food was hot and fresh but the service sucked. Waited over 5 mins in the second lane and no answer. So I went into the first lane. Order taken, great. When approaching no hello or acknowledgement to the customer. Seems the girl in the red hair with the single braid was having a conversation that probably could have waited until I was gone because I didn’t need to hear it. I had to call out to her numerous times to get my receipt. As much as I do enjoy the food the service could’ve been better.
Got home and missing multiple items. It’s so disappointing that this happens often. I’m done with this place.

Fast food joint with many options. It was my first time there so I was a little confused when ordering. I arrived at closing time and was treated like family. I had a bacon cheese burger with onion rings. It was delicious! Very tasty. The beef tasted like good quality beef, lettuce was crisp, and the bacon was medium/thick cut, smokey, flavourful, and plentyful for the burger's size. Enjoyed every bite. Thank you!
