The two times I’ve been have both been horrible experiences. Slow service and the food is never made correctly. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I love the franchise, but this particular restaurant always seems to have horrible customer service in the evenings. It’s 7:40pm on OCT 5, 2025 and the workers once again only have one drive-thru open. Atleast put a sign on there, so I don’t have to watch 4 cars pull up mins after I’ve been sitting there and now someone comes on and says can you please pull into lane 1. I guess that’s better than the usual which is watching 5 cars in lane 1 order, then they finally come over to lane 2.

I used the drive-thru and the staff was not friendly. I took my brother who is from Tennessee to try it and I have not ate their since covid kept us from going inside to eat and to be greeted with rudeness and the food was not worth it.

They seem to never have the bbq ready after 10 pm or chicken sandwiches. After having to repeat myself 3 times my order was still missing seasoning on the fries and I was charged $.86 for sauce. Maybe it’s policy now or they were being funny but I won’t be spending my money or time here anymore.
