I've eaten at many Cookouts thru the years but I must say I have never felt a need to list one of them as "The worst one",until today.First of all the shear rudeness of "Lekeisha" at the drive thru was completely unacceptable. The volume of the loudspeaker was far too high and caused it to be extremely distorted.There was a chicken quesadilla within our order that had 1 lonely square of chicken inside and the only hint of cheese was a yellow stain,I know times are hard but seriously?Next time I'm in Hinesville and deciding on whats for lunch it certainly won't be this location.

Keke is an EXCELLENT manager. I had an issue with my initial cashier (ticket says Kandice), who told me to leave the drive thru (before paying for my order, mind you LOL) if I was going to “be rude.” All I did was honk at the car in front of me, because they were backing up & almost hit me because they weren’t looking. I guess it’s “rude” not to allow someone to collide with my vehicle.I was in the second line, and I was pulling forward from the stop sign because the car in front of me in the second line pulled away from the second window. As I’m pulling up, the car that just pulled away from the first line/first window also made a stop at the second line’s window, and was trying to reverse back around to the 1st window. The cashier made the mistake of getting involved before she knew what was going on, and then refused to let me speak to her manager. I had to actually get rude with her to get a manager at the window. The camera footage will clearly show that I was simply staying in my lane and following posted procedure - yet I’m the one who was told to leave (???).Keke was very apologetic and rectified the situation with ease and grace. I can’t believe Cookout employs someone who tells paying customers to leave the drive thru before gathering all of the facts.

The service was 5 stars the girl at front was helpful, kind and patient.The cheese curds were good and fresh but The food made me and my daughter very sick (we got 2 basic burgers) the food was NOT hot from kitchen and the buns were hard and within 2 hours we were sick in the bathroom like we had food poisoning. Beware!!!!

I'd eaten from there when they first arrived and the burger was half done. I haven't been there since but tried it just to change up, years later and it was alright and satisfying.
Out of wraps, ALL shakes, coke, bacon, ice... so I gotta get a warm drink too. Fries are soggy and brown. Just threw away the whole plate. Been traveling for 12hrs just got home and all I wanted was food and yall couldn't even do that. In N Out would never.
