Quality Puerto Rican package (food, staff, atmosphere).

I'm truthfully speechless. It's hard to give a place 5 stars but, this met our expectations. Me and my girlfriend were looking for PR food on our way back to Florida and came across this place. The food tasted AMAZING and the portions for the amount of money were not bad but could be a little better. The waiter was attentive, fast, and nice. The restaurant was clean and had a very nice vibe to it with the decoration and music they were playing inside. Lastly, if you want your moneys worth and a place that takes pride in presentation as well..... I mean the place is perfect. You honestly can't go wrong. This restaurant is a hidden gem TRUST ME!

Great food! The roasted pork was excellent. As was the mofongo and rice and beans. We also had a Cubano and sweet plantains. All very good. Highly recommend!

We were heading to Florida and we made a detour for food and this restaurant was 100% worth it. The stuffed tostones are delicious, as are the garlic shrimp, and the service is excellent.

I started going to this Puerto Rican restaurant not too long ago when they open. They were amazing but for some reason things started to change so I gave him another chance and another chance the only one you explain to him was going on. He really doesn't care. The last time I went there the lady gave me some beans and they were not cooked all the way. How can you eat rice for no beans at the end of the day? Then they got to waitress in there the server. She's rude as hell. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to no one. Also till I complain about the food I went to the bathroom they were talking about me in the kitchen

First time at this Latin Caribbean restaurant. Ordered about $100 worth of food to take home for wife, adult daughter and myself. Wanted to sample foods. The $14 roast pork meal was very skimpy on the pork, the $13 beef stew had lots of potatoes but very little beef. The alcapurrias were large with very little ground beef. The only generous food was the sides, the mofongo, yucca fries and alcapurrias (lacking ground beef) filled the take out containers. Even the arroz con gandules lacked on gandules. Not worth driving 15- 20 minutes.

This place was the highlight of our trip. The waitress was super friend and helped suggest different things to try, as I'm not very familiar with Puerto Rican food. The empanadas were unreal - I cannot decide if I liked the shrimp, beef, or chicken more, because they were all delicious. I was able to order a cappuccino, which was also great, and my husband and I ordered the Cubano & Tripleta sandwiches. Both were very very good, and while I don't live in the area, if I come back to Richmond I'll definitely eat there again.

Went to this restaurant with my family after a long drive we stop over to have our lunch. My husband is Puerto Rican. So Thought this restaurant would be good. But it was a big disappointment. Sad to say their food are Sucks. Non of bit have taste like authentic Puerto Rican food. I Ordered salmon for my dad it was awful 😖 aside no favor they just steam it. The plate watery. And my daughter food Chicharon de pollo was taste nasty like old chicken it was taste weird. my 5yrs daughter ddnt even eat at all. Every bite she tried she spit it she wasn't happy with her food at all. It's really wasn't Puerto Rican food. I don't see a real Puerto Rican dish. I'm Glad the place look decent and the server was nice. But as far as there food doesn't really worth for their highly price. Definitely not coming back

My friend and I went there for the 3rd time giving them another chance. Food was ok but overpriced for the portions we got. When ordering the food the waitress told us what sides were included on the dish but we never got what she offered until we asked for them. she didn’t even apologize when she said I made a mistake. Also she never came to our table to check on us. (Btw food was cold) I ordered an extra side of sweet plantains and there were only 3 tiny pieces for almost 3 dollars. But anyways. The reason I won’t be coming back to this place is because when I went to pay the bill the waitress asked me for a tip. Which started at 22%.

You need to adjust your prices and who ever is cooking needs give abuelita the apron back. This doesn't taste authentic. I'm puertorican and I cook my own food and was selling plates before. I season my food and i don't sit there and try to put the same toppings to make it look pretty on each plate. Season your food or call abuelita because you need help. Don't under season to please white people. Because alot of Hispanic restaurant do this. Stop it. And these proportion for these prices are laughable. Doesnt taste authentic and cost to much for what you give. Maybe I'll come back in a few months to see if it has improved. And this time I will call it out in person and let you know what's up because this food is disrespectful. If your gonna open a puertorican spot then please don't have Jose in the kitchen cooking thinking he can cook but the family knows he can't. Yall are gonna fail. Don't do it to yourself
