The parking lot is very small, just like the building. I recommend ordering delivery instead of takeout. When I went to pick up a takeout order, I waited a long time only to be told by a young staff member that they were prioritizing delivery orders, and no takeout orders had been made yet. Frustrated, I left and went to Pizza Hut instead, where I received my order within 20 minutes.

This was the worst dominos I’ve ever been too. I placed a pick up order. 40 mins go by no movement on the tracker. I head that way thinking something isn’t right. I get there they tell me it’s not ready , people standing around , laughing. They proceed to start my order an hour after placing it. I wait in the store , as I’m waiting, I hear them say can you please drop an order of eight count wings? The old lady on the line proceeds to say I have some that have been sitting up here. Let’s just send them back through the oven. Disgusting. I finally get my order an hour and a half later after waiting when I get home, I discovered that they gave me the completely different order.

Very disorganized. Getting the right order can be a crap shoot. Delivery is also hit and miss. Sometimes gets to you hot or other times the pizza is completely cooled down before they get to your door. Pick up is a better option. That is if they get your order right or don't give your order to someone else. Needs a better management team because this place is always busy but when it is the management seems just as overwhelmed as the kids working there.

Pizza didn't have sauce and wasn't cut, after being in quality check for 15 minutes. Delivery driver refused to bring order to our door, when we have disabilities and can't go to the driver's car. Manager refused to apologize and hung up on me. This is not the first time we've had issues with this restaurant or driver. We have submitted all complaints to the manager and nothing seems to change.

Took almost 2 hours to get my pizza in the oven. Pushing "white" orders back and pushing "black" orders ahead. Guy behind the counter wouldnt get off his phone. Definitely not going to be ordering from here ever again. Rude staff. I just don't understand why there's so much hate towards different races to this day.

Placed an order of 1 medium pizza and Parmesan bites through the app. The tracker said it would take 9-14 minutes. Got there to pick it up, well after the approximate time, and was treated very rudely. They would not even guesstimate a time for the order to be completed, and now 55 minutes later, the tracker still states it is being prepared and not moving at all. The employees at this location are very unprofessional, and rude. They don’t care about the customer or the service they’re providing. I will never order from this location again.

They were busy Nov.15 and my delivery never came, so I picked it up. Called the next morning about getting a refund for the delivery fee and tip. And was resolved with no issue and was given complimentary pizza.

Ordered pizza two hours ago, called to check the status the girl who answered was laughing and talking to other people. I asked where my order was. She then told me when the driver returns they’ll deliver it to us. I asked how long that would be , she then tells me she has no idea and hung up. Pizza gets finally delivered two and a half hours later and is cold. Call the store back- guy answers the phone laughing again and asks why I need a refund. When I explain the pizza was over two hours late and is cold . He just answered with ok we cancelled it bye .

Do not try delivery in the afternoon, they literally just don’t deliver their pizzas. Happened to me multiple times. And when you try to get a refund they are the most unbothered people ever. If you used points on your order, then refund won’t give those back either.
