Domino's Pizza on Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville, GA, really disappointed me. I ordered carryout online, pre-paid, and expected it to be ready within a reasonable time. After waiting 45 minutes, I arrived at the store only to find out my pizza hadn’t even been made yet. The employee who helped me seemed completely clueless and unprofessional, simply saying, “It’s gonna be a good while.” This was already 45 minutes after I placed my order! The entire process took over an hour, and the lack of urgency or customer care was frustrating. Definitely not the service I expect from Domino's. Not gonna order from this

I have visited this Domino's a couple of dozen times and will continue to do so for one simple reason: customer service. Fast food establishments often have a poor track record for customer service due to low-skilled workers receiving low wages. This Domino's, however, is an exception. Perfection should always be strived for, but due to human nature, mistakes happen. I had a sizable order on a particularly busy night (20+ pending orders) and did not receive Alfredo sauce on my pasta. Mistakes like this are common in fast food, but usually, you're met with redirection and a lack of accountability. Not only did they apologize sincerely, but I was also compensated for the error—no investigation, no inquiries, and no attempt to blame the customer for unfortunate circumstances. This Domino's is the epitome of customer service. You guys rock—keep it up!

This is the second time now that I’ve ordered from them online and it’s taken over 2 hours for me to get me food! Nobody never answers the phone either! I stayed on hold for literally 30 minutes and still nobody answered. I finally hung up. This is really rediculous! I will not order nomore from them! By the time the food got here it wasn’t even hot nomore! Smh. Very disappointed

The food is amazing service is awesome and I just can’t describe in words how much I love dominoes especially when I order online. Overall, this restaurant is the bomb!!!
I have been waiting outside for my pizza for about 30 minutes then my order said it was complete but still did not receive my food. Then I called this dominos and was on hold for a hour! Then when they answered they had an attitude with me because I told them I did not receive my order and then hung up on me after saying that their driver has other orders to deal with other then mine.

I ordered my food and the delivery said completed but I never got my ordered and I’m paying with cash I waited 4 hours for my food and I didn’t get it so I called the store and I waited an hour on the phone just to not get through to the store so I called another one in my area and they said the driver had other orders which I know that but I’ve been waiting for hours which is not good at all plus when I told the cashier on the phone ok that I understood that he hung up in my face before I could say anything else.

This is the second time in a row we’ve waited over 2.5 hours for delivery when eta was 26-36minutes. Both times the pizza/cheese bread was ice cold. This time we ordered a sprite which was already opened so that was also a loss. The delivery drivers both times were great and apologized for the wait. (The wait is not the issue here) the cold food and opened product as well as wrong food is the issue.
I’ve never left a review so that speaks in itself how poorly this experience was. Food took 2 and a half hours to be delivered. Pizza was terrible . School pizza is better than this place

I want to say thank you to my delivery guy I think his name was Jason (gages, and tattoos) working for domino's in the past, I understand how stressful it can be especially when so many people are inconsiderate. So I just want to say Jason deserves a raise he is doing such a great job.
