Had the worst experience last night due to Ira. We were playing for about an hour when suddenly a man approached us aggressively and yelling that we are playing incorrectly. We at first thought it is a drunken guest and asked him to just leave us be. After continuous aggressively yelling that we have to rack the balls differently and us asking repeatedly who he is, he said he manages the place and is in a position to tell us what to do. We told him we will just leave because this is not a way to approach guests. He grabbed security to make sure we leave. While we were closing our tab other customers approached us telling us we need to follow up on this, because it was incredible uncalled for and approached disrespectfully and aggressively and that the managers name is Ira. We were further told by two guest that said they were regulars that this is normal behavior for Ira.
We have been here a few times before and always enjoyed ourselves without any issues, never been told we use/rack balls incorrect. This was an absolutely upsetting experience and someone like that should not be managing any kind of place if they cannot approach guests in a calm and respectful manner.

Do not go here they stole money from me and my husband and it's been a week and a they are still looking into it.

The bartender was friendly and attentive. The table I played was great. They could absolutely 1,000 please for the love of everything holy play a better set of music when no one is paying for touch tunes.

A lot of table roll dirty old tables me and a friend went there to play pool it was supposed to be $12 an hour then an hour into it another friend showed up we hadn't even played pool for 2 and 1/2 hours our bill was $45.... I said what she said because you had a third friend come in will three people can't play pool at one time this place sucks don't waste your money here

OMG, I went there last night the very first time I've ever been there I use their facility then I came out sat at the bar there was nobody there! Kept waiting a couple had been at the bar, they came back and then another couple came up and then a single person came up this bartender waited on everybody but me? Maybe they were regulars I don't know but that's not right you don't treat people that way.I wasn't even spoken to so I walked out!

Y'alls pool time is to expensive. When your bill is 174 and the most expensive part was pool, not my kind of place. You do not even offer Military discount. You offer free pool hrs, but only during hrs that non employed people can take advantage of. I'll take the VFW any day. $4 drinks free pool and good company. The only good thing I can say is you have good Bartenders.

Racist. Fully. A woman was belligerently drunk in this establishment and the bar tenders continued to serve her alcohol all while she was causing confusion and a scene over a seat (in which she was not sitting in and was actually sitting at the other end of the bar) and security would not remove her. Instead kept repeating that she was drunk and to just “ignore her”. Do not recommend.

Places my order online for 10 piece teriyaki chicken, 10 hot all flats, 2 order of fries, and chicken tender basket meal. Took 35 minutes to receive order. Walk in to take out register, 2 waitress was standing there both look at me, so I smile and say hello here to pick up an order, no one spoke so one waitress asked me what was the name, told her my name and she went and got my order, before she handed me the order she asked my my name again so I told her and showed her my order on my phone. She handed me my bags I said thank you and she just looked at me, no thank you have a good night or nothing just blank stares like I was foreign or something. Now the food, chicken wings were hard as hell, I received all drums sticks and not my flats, only received one basket of fries, no ranch, and no honey mustard, fries were have cooked..paid $55 for some nasty food, and poor customers service, now when i callee back the manger was nice and stated that she will look for my receipt and refund me my money for the all flats and the basket of fries, she did offered me to come back and they remake it, but honestly i was going back and haven to wait another 35 minutes. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD!! AND MAKE THEM WAITRESS SPEAK. THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T TIP...

There was good service, a nice atmosphere, the tables were good. Didn't like the cues much but it was a good time. Food and drinks was also very tasty.
