PSA this dunkin location automatically charges card tips through drive thru. We went to get donuts at 8pm and they closed at 10pm. My husband tried to go in and they said he needed to go through the drive thru. When he paid instead of giving him the card reader they asked for his card and charged a tip without his permission. Also they did not have donuts. When asked the manager via phone, the manager said he had no idea what was going on. Who knows how many employees are tipping themselves without the customers knowledge. Unethical. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! OR JUST DONT COME TO THIS DUNKIN

Apparently the Sabrina carpenter drink and the wicked refresher is the same drink. I got told that by the staff. And I said no it is not, they refused to give me my correct drink. And I was not even being rude. Hopefully the manager tells them it’s not the same drink.

Was waiting for my order and was flat out skipped in line by TAYLOR. Make sure who ever is giving you your order knows your waiting on it, she might skip you too.
This location is very poor. They are always out of specific donuts, and today I ordered a pink frosted donut with sprinkles and it didn’t even have a hole in it (was not tasty). Not to mention everything just looks amateurish, I wouldn’t recommend buying donuts here. I’d make the drive elsewhere if it means getting access to a full menu, and a well represented donut. Also they forgot an entire donut that I ordered on the side as well.
