Took 10 mins to make a coffee and get 2 donuts. Not busy at all at this location. 4 employees chit chatting, I love Dunkin’s. But I should of just went to Starbucks would of got better service..

Latte was horrible, no mint flavor just straight coffee with whipped cream, donuts are only half covered in glaze, making them dry, filled donuts barely nothing in them, I'll being going else where

Every time I visit this location I'm disappointed. The customer service is not there, the donuts are never good and today even though the store is open, the doors are locked and they're only doing drive through. My child actually cried because we couldn't go inside and sit and eat our donuts.

Unfortunately this is the ONLY donut place in this town. Please do better.

I’m literally writing this as I just pulled out of the drive-through, but today is Sunday and whoever the blonde girl was at the window. I literally love her. She had great customer service and was on top of it.

I truly don’t understand how this deplorable establishment has anything higher than a 1 star review the customer service and service in general is absolutely ATROCIOUS. JADA has the NASTIEST attitude to the customers and does NOTHING to try and resolve issues only making them worse with her unwelcoming attitude and foul mouth and the rest of staff is buzzing around acting like they have no clue what to do. This is one step above a daycare, the only place you can order and whatever you order is just a suggestion to these people. Your order will always be wrong and served with a side of attitude

Im a big fan of Dunkin’, but unfortunately, this location consistently gets my orders wrong. Nearly every time I visit, there’s an issue—whether it’s dairy added to a dairy-free drink, missing food items, or receiving the wrong ones entirely. With more attention to detail, this location could really improve.

Most recently, I ordered two blueberry muffins and a bacon avocado toast. When I got to the window, the employee only mentioned the toast for payment, then handed me one chocolate muffin not even the toast he just mentioned, and said, “Have a good one.” I had to remind him about the two other items in my order.

I hope this feedback helps the team make some improvements.

I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts since I moved here 4 years ago. I have noticed over the past 6 months or so since I guess new management took over or a new owner, all the old crew members who were excellent in customer service like Vince, Stephanie and a few others are all gone. Almost every time I order my coffee it is not correct but as a returning customer I try not to complain but sometimes I have to say something especially when I order my cold brew iced coffee with sweet foam and they don't put the sweet foam on it and we all know you pay extra for sweet foam. If there was another Dunkin' Donuts closer to me I would stop coming to this location. Hopefully the one in Richmond Hill will open up soon so I can start going there because I live in Midway so the distance is the same. I pray things get better. Almost every week I see new crew members in there so they're going through them like crazy. Whoever owns this Dunkin' Donuts really needs to look into why employees are not staying there. The quality has gone down.

Majority of servers are rude and treat you poorly. Donuts frosting were all melted. Donuts thrown into bag with melted frosting on bottom. Drink made incorrectly. Will not be back to this location—and Dunkin is my favorite coffee/donut shop
