the food is absolutely disgusting. the breakfest sandwichs smell like roaches and my hashbrowns were burnt and tastes so dry. the sandwich is so hard i cant even eat it. they need to get new employees or shut down.

Tonight was our anniversary, and my husband and I got married at a Dunkin last year(long story). Tonight my husband stopped in at the Hinesville location, to surprise me. Vince and his team made fresh doughnuts for us (at 7pm which was incredibly kind) and made the icing our favorite colors for us. He took time to listen to my husband and what he wanted and they came out adorable and delicious.(Don’t mind the icing my husband hit a bump on the ride home, they still tasted amazing)We look forward to seeing them next year on our anniversary!

Normally show up around the evenings on the weekdays to grab a coffee now and then in a big red Ford truck showed up this time and had to wait 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru before I backed out and turned around don't know what the wait was about but it was taking
Slow walkin orders. Food man was on point, but our food got cold while they held it waiting on the drink and donut. Every time I come in they make the drinks and food and then hold it behind the counter for 15 minutes before we make them go through the bags behind the counter and find our food.

This Dunkin location is great! The donuts are always fresh and there's great, courteous service. Love that the staff is mature and take what they do seriously. I've gone to other Dunkin stores and the donuts are weird tasting along with having a bunch of playful kids. ? I don't like it when the kid employee ignores me or play over my coffee & donut. ? The Hinesville store is great!! ?

This is a regular dunkins.. or so I thought. Somewhat good location. You'll have to drive into what seems an outlet. But they have a drive-thru.The food is eh, the coffee every time I have it is also eh. I notice they put more sugary syrups than coffee itself. I tried a few different coffees at different days. I just wouldn't really come here unless I'm in that small area they're in.The service was good, though. It can be a bit slow sometimes, but that's everywhere. Regardless, the staff is kind and awesome. I never had a problem with them or the food. I did notice someone did one time. The staff understood the customer's complaint and happily helped them. So that's a plus in my books.The atmosphere is really what gives it 3 stars. I noticed the lighting is similar to that of a hospital. Very white lights. It's okay, but it feels very.. uneasy inside the store. I worked at a few hospitals throughout my time, so I knew that wasn't a problem. It just feels dead inside. Even when it's packed.Overall, it's okay. Not the best dunkin, but not the worse.
