If you're searching for a dining spot that never disappoints, look no further! The food and service here are consistently outstanding. In fact, it's my pickiest eater's absolute favorite place for tacos. Trust me, you won't regret giving it a try!

If you're looking for authentic, do not come here. The food is very bland and will not satisfy the taste buds. The rice taste like it came from a bag, beans taste like it came from the can. And I just would like to know why you would put white American cheese in an enchilada. I would give 0 stars. I should not be paying $40 for items I can buy in a can.

My husband and I visited this place for the first time. The location wasn’t great. We ordered street tacos, a chimichanga, a quesadilla, and margaritas. The food was served quickly and the portions were generous. Everything was tasty, and the price was reasonable. Although she wasn’t our main server, the young lady who helped us with the checkout was very friendly and patient. We’ll be visiting again soon.

If I could give zero stars I would they completely messed up my take out order my husband order the #10 combo platter and did not receive what was stated on the menu and I specifically ordered a burrito with no cheese sauce and my mine came completely smothered in it I called to get a refund and what do you know of course no manager there so I’m out $30 and we ended up throwing out this so called food

This place was our go to but our last visit was just plain bad and made us realize how bad the place has actually gotten. I usually get the tacos but I decided to switch it up and order a steak ranchero anticipating a hearty meal with steak, bell peppers, onions, possibly potatoes… Now, tell me why they served me steak with literally only salsa on top ? they fr put a ladle of the same salsa they serve with chips over a cheap steak and sent it out claiming it was a steak ranchero. I was so baffled I had to take a picture. Do they not know what a good steak ranchero is or is this just their way of cutting costs/laziness? Not sure how many other places have the same rendition but I will also provide a picture of a GOOD steak ranchero from a different restaurant because the one El Caz served was pitiful and I think they need an example of what a proper one actually looks like. Service is mid at best, chances of your order being wrong are pretty high. Servers make you feel awkward for even stepping in the establishment. The music cuts in and out, silent one minute and then blaring the next. Not to mention the place is riddled with insects. There were always living and dead flies on the windowsills, not the most cleanliness place if we are being quite honest. El Caz used to be a good spot but now it’s just gotten worse over the years.

Never had a bad experience here! We started coming here when we moved somewhere just a few minutes away and have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and the food is always delicious. When we come for lunch we always get the Burrito San Jose carnitas burrito and it's the perfect amount of food.
