Fang's Island Food and Arcade

I have been coming to this place since they opened and my kids love to play the games. The games have never been an issue and most of the time we have great service. However this past time we went we ordered our food & didn’t finish it and was offered a box for our food. When we opened the box to put our food in TONS of roaches big and small came crawling out. We dropped the box on the ground from surprise and more came out on the floor. We left our food and left the restaurant. There were other customers so we didn’t want to make a scene. We will not be going back to this restaurant again.

Wings were very dry, husbands club bread was soggy, wontons over fried not worth the visit, won't be returning

Zero stars. My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. There was residue in the bottom of my sweet tea, and my boyfriend's fish was served raw. While our server was polite and courteous, the quality of the food was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly, I can't say if the food was good or not. I didn't eat. But I came by with some friends. They all suggested this place. We came here to pass the time while we waited for the movie time to head over across the street to the cinema. It's a very cute arcade. I honestly had a lot of fun. The service was okay. But overall, it was fun and recommend it.

Wonderful time in the arcade w our young adult autistic grand son. Great variety of games and easy access card to play for points, tickets or virtual experiences. GREAT wings, incredible food variety. Friendly staff.Hard to read their outdoor sign to locate the business but once you do…you’ll be back❣️

Kid-friendliness: Staff suggested headphones for arcade if special needs kids need to keep noise of all games at once to a minimum. Tickets for prizes were age and interest appropriate. Had a Large variety of virtual, dance, combat and retro games. Pool table and air hockey table were fun too. You’ll need a minimum of 1 1/2 hours for fun! Kid-friendly Food (and a large selection of appetizers to desserts on site made for a complete trouble-free family outing!

I ordered some tea over the phone with my card. I had doordash pick up the tea, and last night or today, someone tried to use my card on Amazon. Please be careful using your cards because someone is stealing the numbers and trying to use them. Will be calling today when they open up. You didn't read the post, I stated I called in and spoke to a Caucasian female that I gave my information to. The doordasher received both orders, the one placed on doordash and the one for tea I did over the phone. So, check your people because I have the proof about the tea ordered by phone with my card. I use a totally different card with doordash. So, no, it wasn't doordash it was your restaurant. I will definitely not use your service again.

do NOT go here. they are not sanitary, cockroaches crawl on the walls and tables when customers come in. deborah is rude, shes stolen from the bar register and still got hired back from the management. management constantly replaces waiters/waitresses with new ones who have no experience. the fry sauce, dont even ask what it is. nobody knows. its a mix of random concoctions. the food is not good for the price they are, and games are almost always broken. DO NOT GO HERE!! - ex waitress ☺️

Almost every single game was broken or you had to ask for assistance to use it. The place feels dirty and unkempt. We just wanted to have some fun and play some games. What a waste of time and money.
