All and all it was okay. It's cool if you would like to eat, drink and play arcade games. My problem was the server talking me and my boyfriend brains out for 30 minutes straight, wouldn't let us enjoy our food. Then the wings we ordered were extremely small, like I'm pretty sure the chicken wasn't a teenager before butchering it. (1 month maybe) lol. Other than that, it was alright. Wouldn't give it 5 stars. And some of the games are broken so yeah.

Service was very good! They were super attentive and were quick to refill drinks. Only issue I had was when we sent back a meat lovers pizza due to it having ham though it was requested not to have ham. They brought it back stating it was Canadian ham and it was "not real ham." Ended up ordering something else but my friends enjoyed the pizza since I am the only one with dietary restrictions.

I ordered some tea over the phone with my card. I had doordash pick up the tea, and last night or today, someone tried to use my card on Amazon. Please be careful using your cards because someone is stealing the numbers and trying to use them. Will be calling today when they open up. You didn't read the post, I stated I called in and spoke to a Caucasian female that I gave my information to. The doordasher received both orders, the one placed on doordash and the one for tea I did over the phone. So, check your people because I have the proof about the tea ordered by phone with my card. I use a totally different card with doordash. So, no, it wasn't doordash it was your restaurant. I will definitely not use your service again.

do NOT go here. they are not sanitary, cockroaches crawl on the walls and tables when customers come in. deborah is rude, shes stolen from the bar register and still got hired back from the management. management constantly replaces waiters/waitresses with new ones who have no experience. the fry sauce, dont even ask what it is. nobody knows. its a mix of random concoctions. the food is not good for the price they are, and games are almost always broken. DO NOT GO HERE!! - ex waitress ☺️

DO NOT COME HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I went here back in November of 2022 and just now received a random charge for $100-9 months later. When I called them, the manager, Debra, couldn’t explain the charge or even find the charge while I was on the phone with her. But she is stating that they are refusing to reimburse us. I wasn’t able to speak with the owner and felt as if I was being brushed off for something that is not my fault. I am truly at a lost. This is the first time I’ve ever had a business charge months later and act as if it is completely normal to do so. Do not trust these people with your business whatsoever. Also if you went back here in 2022 check your bank statements! They aren’t even looking into the charges. Debra told me that they are only looking up charges when people ask. Thank goodness we actually review our bank statements to notice this odd charge.

This place has nothing on Michael's deli that use to accommodate this place! I seriously miss their food, and home made ranch, with fresh deep fried chicken tenders, or the buffalo ceaser wrap and sweet tea. This place is just an expensive knock off version of chuckie cheese, except they have more "options" of food. Food taste similar to "fair food". Games are okay, but it's not great. Kinda a let down considering it's the ONLY arcade/fun place for kids here in Hinesvegas! That's my opinion, you may have a better experience?!

Before I start the review I need to inform anyone that plans on going that the tickets you win are WEIGHED NOT COUNTED.I'm going to start from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere and decor were practically non existant. It looked like children got a bunch of stickers, posters and random objects and plastered them throughout the whole area. It is DEAD quiet, there is no music playing to help make it more welcoming. I'm going to cut the waitress some slack since she was only working 3 days (however when we asked what the weird liquid sauce was none of the waitresses knew what it was). Next the food. Onion rings were fried in a thin batter (didn't finish them) the wings were TINY but were still good. The fish was over seasoned( with old bay seasoning). Either way the food was....forgetable.Not worth the price. The Arcade is next. The games are cheap which is a good thing, however there were a few that were turned off, out of order and were in a different language so unless you can read it you can refer to the self made written or printed pieces of paper that are taped by the screens. The ball pit....was...so...bad, you could fit all the balls in a trash bag (thank god that part was free), like i said at the beginning the tickets are weighed instead of counted which makes no sense and just adds to the shady feel of the place.the toys broke before we got to the car. Never going back.

The games need to be updated, but the staff is wonderful and so is the food. The manager is very professional and nice. For the adults there is a frozen peach drink that she makes definitely a need to try.

This was my second time there in 2 year span, I had the shrimp poorboy and lemon pepper wings extra crispy and both were very delicious. My sister had the chicken Alfredo and she said her was great as well. The prices are great and the foods were too. There's more to offer it's like a mini Dave and Busters with adult beverages!
