Had a bad experience contacted ownership, it was corrected and received excellent service after that I will be coming in as a regular. The sandwich I had is called the Engine Company.. it’s delicious. I think everyone should stop in and get one or one if the other selections.

Was greeted immediately and it was a sincere greeting. Not a “rehearsed” version. Tameka was such a pleasure!!! Food was excellent and the whole experience was great! Tameka went above and beyond!

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs. I ordered a “Make Your Own” turkey sandwich, which isn’t listed under their “Hot Subs” section—so I assumed it would be served cold. When I received it hot, I politely let them know I didn’t want it that way. The employee was rude and told me I should’ve said something earlier, placing the blame on me. She did remake the sandwich, but forgot the condiments. As I was leaving, she sarcastically said, “You better say cold sub next time.” Not the warm welcome I expected for a first-time customer.
