Today I decided to TREAT myself..& I went to Firehouse Subs..in Hinesville, Ga.It ha been a couple of months since I'd been there. I had a taste for their sandwich.I got a 12" steak n cheese on wheat sandwich..with mushrooms. Peppers n onions were also there. Baked Lay's chips n a Coke rounded it off.When I took the first bite of that beautiful sandwich..my taste buds woke up n started doing the cha cha!! The different tastes combined in my mouth and I knew...that I had made the right decision on where to get lunch from.There were several soldiers in there. Some couples and a few kids. They serve everybody.The staff was very friendly n greeted me upon my entering.I will return soon.

I asked them for a firehouse steak and cheese. They put so much mayonnaise I thought it was a tuna sandwich. I went back because I called and they said they would remake it and also said my sandwich isn’t supposed to have mustard (even on the menu it says specifically “deli mustard”) so I got my sandwich remade and it still has way too much mayonnaise and no mustard because they said it doesn’t come with mustard. I used to come here a lot. This is the last time I come to this location.

I am very displeased with the Customer Service at the Hinesville store today. I came in for a late lunch, I was never greeted, or may I help you. So I’m an older lady so I sat down to wait on somebody to acknowledge me. Didn’t happen so I left because they were busy in a conversation that gave me a bad taste in my mouth. You don’t talk about your Co-workers like that in front of the customers like that.I just left because if you have discussions like that about your Co-workers, then you talk about the customers as well. One of the individuals must of been a Mgr. cause she told the of the workers I should fire her!! They thought it was funny. I found it too be unprofessional and will not be going back. Please work on your Customer Service ethics.

Great subs! Pricing is on the higher end, but the thought & who they represent is wonderful!Parking: Very small strip mall location so not a lot of parking. Entrance & exit to parking & building are very difficult to see & located on a very busy street.
Very slow order delivery...ordered on Uber and the pick up as I watched took way to long....not bling the driver bc they came on time or fairly close .after they got there they took a long time..1,

Great food. The large subs are well worth the money. The service was ok. Because you can't see them preparing the sandwiches you can't tell that they made a mistake until after they hand you your food and they got my wife's sandwich wrong like they always do. If Subway would start honoring their own coupons we would be going there. Subway's prices are a little better and you can see what they're doing.

My husband and I went to this place two days in a row. Every item we ordered were SO GOOD! I'm very surprised that the sandwiches were much more fresh and tastier than I expected. I can't wait to go back and try all the other menu items!
