Went to five guys on my lunch. Placed orders for my job. I am 8 mths pregnant. Staff messed up my burger and FF were cold. Asked for a fresh fry and burger. Manager on duty stated she would only replace burger. She was very rude and unwilling to resolve. Asked for store manager she refused to give name. Asked for her name she refused and left counter. No refund, no food. She then said manager will come at 2. It was 1230. I decided to wait. Instead she lied about the manager and called the police. I was there with my child and father and asked to leave. It was a simple fix to make a fresh fry. Instead we didnt eat, coworkers food was cold, and wasted my lunch. I will be seeking corporate office in regards to how this was handled and service rendered.

The employees here were super nice . The cook was really cooking with love, some of the best 5 guys I've had. The place was clean and could actually boast a A sanitation grade, which if you been to other fast food places in hinesville you don't see all that often. 100% recommended

I had an awesome experience at Five Guys! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their positive energy and friendly attitude. The service was top-notch—quick, efficient, and delivered with genuine smiles.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. Everything from the way the food was prepared to how clean and well-kept the entire restaurant was—it showed they truly care about the customer experience.
Major props to Andrew and Brandis for going above and beyond! Their professionalism and great attitudes made the visit even better. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this Five Guys location is definitely the place to eat.

This place needs to close down. For a bacon cheeseburger, regular fries with a medium drink for 22 dollars. The burgers were plain, no taste at all. No wonder the place was empty. I mean do not waste your money.

Very friendly on the inside, but when I got home and bit into my burger it was pretty undercooked, aswell as the fries being burnt. I got the burger for my pregnant mother, and she can't consume beef that's not cooked well done. I'm very disappointed, and hope things like this do not continue and provite further issues moving forward.
We got take out and the food was SO GOOD. Orders were made exactly as we asked. Customer service was great. Staff kind and friendly, and hard working. We will be returning.

The workers are wonderful but the GM is just disgustingly rude. I applied here and had a interview at 2:45-3PM, I show up at 2:30 and let the workers know that I have a interview and they seat me and they the gm will be with me shortly. The GM doesn’t show up to interview me til 2:40 asked me what time was my interview and my name I gave her my name and told her my interview was at 2:30 she tells me you don’t have a interview for 2:30 because somebody else was scheduled for 2:30 and immediately had a attitude with me. I checked my email and the interview was for 2:45-3PM simple mistake so i tell her to try and check the 2:45 interviews she then tells me “You want me to check?” with a attitude like i was completely flabbergasted and confused how are you mad at me for coming to interview early and how are you gonna say someone else has a interview at the time i showed up when one they didn’t even show up!, so then after she says she will be right back and she leaves to her office sits there and comes back at exactly 2:45. Had a feeling she was gonna do that but then the first question she ask me is tell me about yourself, I start off by saying my name where i’m from and the school i go to she stops me half way and says i said “tell me about YOURSELF “ so at this point i’m completely lost with what’s her motive here i tell her what does she want to know my job history, education history, place of origin? she then repeats the same thing “Tell me about yourself” so anyway the interview is was basically 90% of that she ends it with “So why do you want to work at five guys” I say because i recently worked at a fast food chain and she stops me again! and says we’re not fast food and then repeats the question “Why do you want to work at Five guys” I gave her 3 more truthful and reasonable answers and you won’t believe what was her question after that? why do i wanna work at five guys it’s like she wanted me to say i live, breathe, and eat five guys i’ll put my life on the line for this establishment if one customer leaves here unsatisfied i’ve failed at life. So essentially she ends the interview with if we decide to go through with hiring you we will give you a call basically a no, so i went next door to chipotle because i have work history with them told the worker may i speak to the gm she went and got the gm and the gm wrote my name down and said she’ll check for my application and to be on the look out for a email and or phone call this was all within 2 minutes!!
