If it was an option for 0 stars that would fit the description of this restaurant. I called to place an order for a cheese burger when I met with silence. Looked at my phone and realize i was hung up on, called back in disbelief and was still met with attitude about them not having a cheese burger . I requested to speak with the manager and come to find out that was the manager ! I asked for her name to make a report because I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even wanna visit just by how i was treated with anger, disregard and disrespect from the manager over the phone.

Came on Oct 8, the two ladies working were very nice and clean! I watched everything! Had a triple burger and milkshake! It was awesome , they kept changing gloves !
Went to five guys on my lunch. Placed orders for my job. I am 8 mths pregnant. Staff messed up my burger and FF were cold. Asked for a fresh fry and burger. Manager on duty stated she would only replace burger. She was very rude and unwilling to resolve. Asked for store manager she refused to give name. Asked for her name she refused and left counter. No refund, no food. She then said manager will come at 2. It was 1230. I decided to wait. Instead she lied about the manager and called the police. I was there with my child and father and asked to leave. It was a simple fix to make a fresh fry. Instead we didnt eat, coworkers food was cold, and wasted my lunch. I will be seeking corporate office in regards to how this was handled and service rendered.

The employees here were super nice . The cook was really cooking with love, some of the best 5 guys I've had. The place was clean and could actually boast a A sanitation grade, which if you been to other fast food places in hinesville you don't see all that often. 100% recommended
