Good to Go Jamaican Restaurant

The food was absolutely disappointing. We ordered wings and fries. The wings were dried out and the fries were undercooked. The food all in all was absolutely terrible. We have eaten here on a few occasions and disappointed each time. Never going back.

This is the most authentic Jamaican food in Hinesville, Georgia. Although I'd rather of had chicken thighs over a chicken leg it tasted okay. They only put 1 chicken leg in my curry chicken order, yes 1. The flavor wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to. The rice and peas were okay, a little dry. The cabbage was just cabbage no seasoning. I'd give it another try but when I think of Jamaican food I want spicy. Think they're trying to make it to please those in the area or save on some stuff but if they would really make it like they do in Jamaica, they'd get more business and repeat customers

I love “GOOD TO GO” !!! Food is great. We usually get the oxtail and they never disappoint. Definitely a vibe in there. I would go more often but I ain’t got “Good to go” money ??.

The food was AMAZING for the most part and they give good size portions! Just the jerk chicken needed a little kick. However the oxtails, had the "kick"! The rice and peas, sooo flavorful and moist! The cabbage was good and the PLANTAINS, were cooked to perfection AND sweet! Plus the Tropical Rhythms juice waa delicious! The staff was SOOOOO FRIENDLY yet very attentive with the customers. The manager saw me walk back in and asked what was wrong? I didn't realize that he ever knew I was there! I just wanted some rice and peas to go with my order because I thought the entries came with it. He said "I got you!" Jumped up and made it himself. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place and I WILL be back the next time I come to Hinesville! Meanwhile this place is "Good to go" AND Godmother APPROVED! #TheGodmotherOfRealEstate

What more can you say, and you can chill outside.

The food and atmosphere here is top tier. The service you receive really depends on the server some servers are really good and attentive others are very distracted with the people coming in and out.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place. The music is appropriate for the kiddos.

The oxtails were delicious. Fried chicken was trash. The whole red snapper was over cooked. The lady at the register needs a lesson is hospitality.

I had the curry goat with white and cabbage. It surely hit the spot. I was surprised and thrilled that the goat was perfectly tender and seasoned well. The cabbage just brought it all together. The service was fast and friendly. It is a must try.

Whoever the rude lady is at the front needs an attitude adjustment I visit this place for the first and last time and I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. Ma’am if you don’t like your job please for the sake of guess find another occupation PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
