Been coming into this huddle house since I moved to hinesville, usually food and service is very good, everything was cold, hash browns were hard, eggs tasted like oil, bacon cold and hard, table was sticky and server had to ask for stuff

This is one my favorite spots in town for when I need a quick quiet bite. I’ve come in a few times and it’s not usually busy at all. My biggest concern at this location, is the employee Melinda… look I understand that this job might not be fun, but your presence just makes it not enjoyable to be here… the amount of times she’s forgotten things, to being upset when my buddy didn’t leave a tip when her service was… to say the least…. Terrible. And how she just moves herself. This place isn’t usually busy and that’s a good thing but a bad thing. Eyes should be on the customers. If the drinks get low, you should be filling them ect.
The attitude, speed, and efficiency of the employees are what get you tips. And returns. I do enjoy it here but I’d like for her to change her attitude just a little bit.

Came in and sat down with my wife. No one said hi, no one asked what we wanted to drink let alone even take an order. Never even acknowledged we were even there. And when we left no one even asked what was wrong because no one ever acknowledged we were even there. No service was rendered whatsoever. Never experienced such an issue... Never... till now. Never going back... Not ever. I do not recommend this place to even clean toilets.

It's a Huddle House, basically the same as a Waffle House. Our server was very kind and gave good service. It was just my daughter and me. It wasn't super busy on a Monday, late morning. The server made sure I had coffee refills. It seemed clean. We were greeted when we walked in, which is always nice. My daughter ate her whole gigantic waffle (they even made it into a smiley face which she loved). I had the Western omelette which was very tasty. Would recommend for a quick breakfast!

I ate here for the first time in Hinesville, GA. The food was better on Saturday than Sunday but still very good. I have never bought a biscuit so fluffy from a restaurant. On Sunday, the biscuit was browned a little more but still good. It was very busy both days, but the staff was handling things. I enjoyed the stuffed hashbrowns, and my husband had the smokehouse platter. We split a meal on Sunday because they give you a lot of food. Will visit again when I travel home.

Me and my fiancee came in yesterday and Trinity did her absolute best serving us. She is very professional, nice, funny and very amazing. She works hard and does her absolute best. We love being there when she is around. She deserves great things to better appreciate her factor in serving customers. She didn't waste any time and got everything correct.
