Went to the drive thru and it was a mistake. They forgot the chicken for my salad. Called them to let them know and they wanted me to drive all the way back to get the chicken. That's it. A free kids meal or free banana pudding (the small one) was only offered when I pointed out the gas it would take to get back. Food is great, but the customer service has declined in the last month.

I have been on this Earth for 31 years and have NEVER received better customer service from ANY restaurant than the service I always get here. Super fancy restaurants, family restaurants, other fast food places…NONE OF THEM have held a candle to the amazing service and employees at this location.

The staff was very lax and non professional. The place could use a good cleaning. The floor was sticky. Several employees were goofing off in dining room.
