Stopped in for breakfast at the Hinesville location. It a every busy morning for the staff. Friendly service and meals were good as ordered.

Rather disappointed. All of the tables were dirty, with 7 customers seated. I had a party of two and was told to wait to be seated. We sat for 10min and watched one table get cleared and the other waitress was having a conversation with someone other than a customer. We decided to leave and was chased by one of the waitress who claimed they were about to seat us, even though they were too busy talking to someone. Overall the staff was nice but I did not want to spend my money there after this experience.

I waited an hour just to be seated in a more than half empty restaurant. People in front of me left because they waited almost an hour before that. Several of the employees seemed to be more interested in sitting in the booths having conversations then helping the customers. I watched a few employees walking around with wireless headphones on. The coffee after I waited 20 minutes for it tasted old and burnt. The only staff member that seemed to be interested in helping was Mariah. I've been here a couple of times just to see if maybe the restaurant was having an off day, but each experience has been disappointing to say the least. I don't think me or my family will be coming back here.

Never picking up doordash here again. They'll just leave your order ticket in front of them and refuse to start it if there's ANY dine in tickets that they can work on regardless when they come in. Been here for 30 minutes already without the doordash order being started and watched servers ring in customers food then the cooks start their food skipping over the doordash ticket.
They are clearly going out of their way to make it difficult for orders like that.

After prom a group of my high school junior decided to go to IHOP . It was 11pm on a Saturday night and the workers refused to let them in because they were a group of teenagers! I believe this is called discrimination and I will be calling corporate!

This is our second time coming, once two weeks ago and now this morning. Two weeks ago, the waitress literally brought my husbands order exactly how he said he DIDNT want it, and was not at all pleasant stating we were last table and almost rushing us, this time our waitress was fantastic, but she was the only good thing they had going for them, the other staff were clearly disgruntled by having to work, people waited forever to even be acknowledged and took forever to get our food. Food was bland and subpar, husbands grits with cheese had the biggest clump of over-microwaved cheese in the middle that I had to remove to even let him eat it, and we watched a waiter spill a drink on a customer and bring out a few paper towels to clean it up, all the while clearly annoyed with having to do work. All in all, MANAGER… you need to get your staff retrained and hire people that have some customer service skills and monitor that kitchen. We will NEVER be back. We travel every other week to Savannah and would have stopped every time, but no, after giving it a second try, we will not.

I placed on order for $70. When my food was delivered it was cold and I was missing an order. I tried to call but couldn't get through.
This was the first we ever been to this ihop and this was the worst ihop experience EVER! We were the only one in the restaurant and it took 40 minutes for the food to come out. mean while you hear everyone akekekeing in the back? When the food came out it was COLD and they forgot the whole kids meal for the CHILD! On top of the awful food the service was HORRIBLE and literally had to ring bells to get ANYONES attention. Everyone needs to be RE TRAINED or fired.

If you wanna know why your restaurant is not making any money when you order you do not get the right order. I ordered coffee and did not get coffee. I got Sprite instead how in the world is a restaurant out of tea? It’s because they didn’t wanna make any there’s only four tables in the whole place that has somebody at it. That’s included in mine And it took me over an hour and 20 minutes to get my food. There is no leadership at this store and everybody that works there acts like they just don’t care. I will never go back and that’s why you never see anybody in the parking lot of the Hinesville IHOP

Antoinette was great. She was very pleasant and nice and managed the whole front her self while still maintaining a positive attitude and she was very attentive.The only reason I put 3 stars for atmosphere is due to who I assume is the manager become angry at staff and started loudly coaching them from the back. It just made the whole experience very awkward after. I didn't feel as though the manager was in the wrong for what was said, just that it could have been handled differently.

Where do I begin, the service ,the food, the atmosphere was good the problem was my server tipped herself without my knowledge Yes stole my money. My bill was $32.87 when I left the restaurant, the next day $ 47.87 was taken from my account $15.00 that I did not authorize. I went in and spoke with manager and the situation was handled they said they would refund my money ( this was Tuesday when I went, and thrusday when I spoke to the manager I'm still waiting on my refund) I shouldn't have to wait for refund, she didn't wait to steal it from me 🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️ anyway PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CARD WHEN YOU LEAVE AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR CHARGES YOU DIDN'T APPROVE OF WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BUINESS.... this happened on 3/4/25

I visited Monday the 3rd and had such great service. I usually visit about once a week with my two sons. Today, the 5th, we visited and had the worst experience ever. When we got there, the waitress sat us and rubbed her stomach and said she had to use the restroom and left us. Gross. We didn’t see her for 23 minutes. Another waitress, younger cute lady with blonde hair, took our drink order for us, after inquiring if our waitress had taken our drink order. Then our waitress finally appeared coming out of the restroom after close to a half hour. Then she took our order. She talked real low and it was difficult to hear her with the music overhead. We finally began getting our orders. Then we didn’t see her for 45 minutes. She never stopped by to see if we needed refills or asked how the food was. When she finally brought our ticket, she just laid it on the table Ms walked away.
I used the app to pay and scanned the code. Paid. Then, as we’re leaving, there’s people at the cash register. She Loudly said, “Are they leaving without paying?” I turned to her, half the restaurant was staring. It was so embarrassing. I held up the bill she laid on my table, folded to the side with the QR Code to pay. And I told her, “I paid on the app.” She just nodded her head. This was the same lady that waited on us.
We’ve only had one other bad experience there and that was when they first opened. I’ve never left a bad review but today was too much. If it wasn’t for the waitress that brought our drinks, I would have left much earlier.
