The customer service is amazing ! General Manager Assistant Manger, Brandon Woods and Adrian Pasley made us feel like we were at home greeting us, making our food n great timely manner. With other customers inside the store everybody was talking, smiling and there were no complaining inside of the store. I don’t know what changed and the pass year but things seems a lot better since the last General Manger left . Thank y’all so much we will be back soon.

I won't be eating there anymore, they didn't care that I waiting to order, they were slow. Cashier yelled to the young lady with red locs you have 2 hot sandwich. I'm sick now, just waiting for my kid to tell me he doesn't feel good. Clean your grill. Need new staff owner.

The bathrooms are gross, the counters had crumbs from previous sandwiches. The slicer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The employees were wearing basic jeans and one was in black sweats. I have pictures and wish google would let me post them because it was disgusting

One of the better places in Hinesvegas to get some food. Great flavor, reasonably priced and best customer service (next to God’s chicken place). Never had a negative experience there with the staff, and that’s a big deal in this town. Would recommend.

My husband stopped in to grab two sandwiches for dinner. He repeatedly told the girl what he wanted. When she continued to make it wrong, he left. I guess her phone conversation was more important than paying attention to a customer.

Horrible customer service!!!! I will drive to Jesup if I want it that bad, very rude no smiles ever.. it's like you're a bother to them!! Throw the whole Hinesville store away and I love Jersey Mikes such a shame

I ordered a club supreme and they got it wrong. I even called the restaurant and told the manager my sub was wrong. They told me they don't follow the menu. They ask you what you want on it. I wanted simply what the menu said came on the sub. Instead my sub had no bacon and they put vinegar on my sub which I did not ask for at all.

Worst sub ever. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and there was absolutely no bacon on it. The crew needs to be retrained on what comes on each sandwich. The district manager needs to be retrained on food and safety too. She was restocking the veggies and instead of the 1st in 1st out system she puts the new veggies on top of old veggies.
