Was not very pleased with the experience of coming in and ordering I came up there and spent 10 trying to explain what I wanted on my sandwich

I came in for lunch and the sandwich dresser was training. Everyone was so patient with him and I thought that was very nice. The food is always great and staff are nice

This place is so hit and miss between rude employees in the store and door dash orders wrong. Ordered double meat. Barely got single meat. It’s not that hard to get it right. It’s making a sandwich not rocket science.

The ladies working did a fantastic job and of course the sandwiches were top notch!

Great Food friendly atmosphere the general manager is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the food. Feel like you’re chatting with a friend the employees are always quick and friendly as well .

Jersey Mike's is always good. Doesn't matter which store you visit. We have been to stores in multiple states and it's always consistent.

There was a hair in my sub and the place was nasty. Crumbs and sticky stuff all over the tables look like it never gets cleaned. Customer service seemed like they were being sarcastic too. But that’s typical for Hinesville so watever. But the hair was nasty.

Absolutely disgusting. They put so much oil on my sandwich that it has completely soaked the bag. I called to ask if I could return it and they said they put it on the way they were trained to do so. I have never had this experience before with getting oil or vinegar on my sandwiches. Completely revolting. I can squeeze it and oil drips out of the sandwich. Management was useless to speak to

Order a req sub and his was try to tell it was but it was a small I had him cut it and your lucky if you got 4 bites never go back again

Great job on being fast and extremely pleasant. Not typical service here in town. Highly recommend.

Jersey mikes is my favorite sandwhich place, but the customer service has been consistently underwhelming. I no longer visit this particular jersey mikes establishment due to the harshness of the servers.

Best subs in hinesville 10/10!!!

The customer service is amazing ! General Manager Assistant Manger, Brandon Woods and Adrian Pasley made us feel like we were at home greeting us, making our food n great timely manner. With other customers inside the store everybody was talking, smiling and there were no complaining inside of the store. I don’t know what changed and the pass year but things seems a lot better since the last General Manger left . Thank y’all so much we will be back soon.
