Cashier was on point and she was super nice. If you order something close to closing time don't expect Michelin star chicken though.

OK, it seems like customer service after dark isn't important anymore. Luke warm fries that's was just thrown in the bag and a barely warm. Chicken sandwhich. If the standards can't be achieved from open to close then just close earlier versus serving scrappy food.

KFC in hinesville 733 E Oglethorpe Boulevard what's horrible the service was beneath the table the floors was disgusting and slippery and I was scared to even go in the bathroom. And they did not even have condiments??

The food was burnt the service not good at all and you had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get food and then you get burnt food I do not recommend this place to no one they actually need to be shut down

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had everytime I have gone, I'll never go back!! Horrible customer service, very rude, they never have crispy chicken they make it as you order it they said and told us we'd have to sit there and wait 30 minutes even though we heard them say 9 mins until crispy is done .. I will never go back Horrible customer service.

The customer service was horrible first, when they handed my bag out the window. I noticed that the sauce for my food was all over the bag so I give it back to them. The containers were not closed the guy at the window changes the bag, but you would think they would make sure the containers were closed so they gave me another bag. I put it on my seat. I get home and again the containers were open. The sauce is everywhere in the bag and on my car seat Then I look biscuits are missing for the meal so I called. I go back get the biscuit and ask to speak to the manager. The manager was rude. Literally the worst manager that KFC could have she had an attitude she didn’t apologize. She just said oh well all make mistakes what do you want me to do. I said OK well, I would like some more sauce please because at this point, there’s no sauce in with my chicken tenders. She look at someone and said , give her some sauce and then proceeded to mumble stuff as she walked away from the window. I asked for corporate number. She said she doesn’t know it and that I should just google it. I asked for the store number and a receipt for my order. She told me she couldn’t reprint my receipt because it was so long ago. Mind you I was only there 15 minutes prior to that I would never go back to this KFC. I will drive to Savannah before I go to that KFC again she needs to be FIRED or you will have no customers left. Also, she wouldn’t give me her name and she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

I have gone to this location multiple times now and have been disappointed with the service. I am not one to complain but this is crazy. Most recent order was this evening. Had an online order, expected pickup was 7:15, we arrived here early at 7:05 and didn’t get our food until 7:45. Staff did nothing to accommodate, address the delay, or rectify the major inconvenience. One employee left the building four times while we were waiting. Another employee was in such a rush to leave that she decided to leave before she could help us when we were next in line. This is terrible service even for a fast food restaurant. Would give 0 Stars if I could.

I was picking up food for my family. I asked the cashier about previous deals still being still active. The cashier then started scoffing, huffing and puffing and giving me an attitude regarding every question I asked. At the end, when I finally went to pay (I am in the drive through btw) I handed her my phone to do tap and pay. And instead of just taking my device and activating the pay on the car reader. She set my phone down on the card reader closed the window and walked away for 6-7 minutes. And then had an attitude when given my food. Cashier's name was on the receipt: Kourtney. I want her fired. I also attempted to call the store to speak to the manager and the phones are not being maintained.

Food was great but KFC knows y’all wrong for Meal for two cause the sides are only enough for one person really. Once you split between two people, it’s only two maybe three spoon you can eat

I waited several minutes while three employees ignored me and didn’t say one word. Lelani came to the register and I asked her if orders are placed through the kiosk or at the register. She said I could place an order either way. She offered to assist me with the kiosk. So she came from behind the counter to help then decided to take my order. She made my visit very pleasant. There was several customers upset with the service in general but Lelani remained calm and friendly.

Very disfunctional, placed order 40 minutes later got food, no condiments told they had none, got wrong type of chicken, observing workers, they all looked lost, customers at counter getting upset with long wait, dirty lobby and tables, won't be returning
