As always I enjoy the friendliness of the employees. And even the regular customers I see are nice to me. The environment seems to be very pleasant. It makes my eating experience more enjoyable. And I love those Krystal burgers.

Order from drive through. Combo #5. Meat not cooked. Still frozen in the middle. Fries not cooked all the way. Manager i spoke to on the day i order feb 26.21 seem to not show any concern. I will be getting my refund. But i strongly believe this restaurant needs to be inspected big times.

Stopped in on our way home and was by far the nastiest Krystal I have ever been in.... the carpet is so nasty its black. The food was cold and we waited 30 mins to get our food.while we were waiting on our food 2 customers came inside and wanted a refund. Their food was cold and they also waited 30 mins...... this place should be shut down. Giving them one star is to much

This place is absolutely disgusting. The carpets are caked with filth here, and their health inspector report isn’t posted by the register. There is no way they passed. That carpet is a health hazard, and this business should be ashamed of their low standards.The bread was also stale.

Slow slow slow!!! Order was wrong and we were the only customers. Girl taking the order seemed to have somewhere else on her mind. Every Krystal is a bit slow but this place really took the cake. Order took better than 25 minutes to get and it was only cheese Krytals and 2 drinks.

I ordered 4 Krystal combo, specifically asked me at the window if I wanted cheese or not, and still gave me cheese. The new BBQ pork sandwiches don't come with bbq sauce already on them, and I didn't think to ask so those were dry. Garbage service at this location.
