Keyshawn was absolutely amazing not only did he have my pizza remade when it was made in burnt. He went above and beyond customer service was A1 and my pretzel pizza with extra cheese was the best he definitely deserves a raise. It was extremely busy that day and I only was he multitasking and communicating efficiently. If I ran a business I would’ve hired him myself! Just wanted to say that he had excellent service and definitely deserves a raise!!

It's a Little Caesars. Pizzas are $5.25 if you wait for them. Designed for pre-order and pick up out of warming machine. Location not equipped for ordering and waiting. Strange since this company doesn't deliver.

What's the point of advertising hot and red is if you literally never have hot and readys? Might as well just order from Domino's

Came in there today to order pizzas asked for hot and ready, manager said didn’t have any hot and ready but could make them in about 15 minutes. I ordered and payed 54 dollars at 6:06 pm I did not receive my order until 7:10 pm I came back in every 15 minutes to check on my order that had not even started yet, asked to speak to manager and they refused. Not only did I wait one hour for 4 pepperoni pizzas but when I did finally get them they were undercooked. I will never use this location again and I suggest you don’t. Management saw no problem with the situation and refused to try to make it right.

At first it took me a while to get served but the manager there was top teir. He took time to instruct the people to serve me because he saw that they weren't and gave me 2 free sauces on the house. The customer service was amazing. The manager most definitely needs a raise. He's so nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

So this is irritating. Me and my husband ordered stuffed crazy bread and a pizza off of DoorDash and when we noticed it was taking so long so my husband went in person then he calls me to tell me that the worker told him that the people that makes stuff crazy bread went home and in my mind I’m just like what kind of little Cesar’s is this. It’s very disappointing. And the crazy part is we ordered our food at around 9pm and now it’s 11pm. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Asked for 2 pretzel crust pepperoni and a self made pepperoni with some veggies was given self made pepperoni with veggies and 2 regular pepperoni with salt on the crust I still have not heard from customer service to have my order refunded or replaced and this place was empty when I went so no reason for the bad service

The employee was so rude I was asking if I could get the extra most best cheese and she had an attitude saying that I could only get regular and was disrespectful . Then when trying to to get the staff attention they move away . This is the absolute worst customer service I ever received
