LongHorn Steakhouse

Not up to par with other Longhorn experiences. Ordered the T-Bone and only one side of the bone had any real meat. The woman who delivered the food hesitantly agreed and had the kitchen fire a new one. New steak came out COMPLETELY unseasoned and burnt; inedible. Fries were also undercooked. Brussel sprouts work excellent as usual. Wouldn't go back here if I was craving a good steak.

I came in for dinner now as a traveler. I usually sit at bar to save tables for guest. The bar top was dirty all the way across with food. I opted for a table. My server was so sweet and attentive. I didn't get her name. The chicken spicy bites was delicious. The salad fresh as always. A great experience.

My tenders and fries were cold, which was not a big deal until I got a new plate and the tenders were still cold!!!

We waited 30 minutes just to be seated, which we were fine with. Once we were finally seated and placed our order, it took another 45 minutes for someone to come back and inform us that they were out of shrimp and sweet potatoes, the main components of our party’s meals. That told us one thing: our order hadn’t even been started.

We changed our orders based on what was actually available. Then, we waited another 20 minutes, only to decide we’d like our food to go, since the experience was dragging on. The staff agreed, brought us the bill, but even that wasn’t right. The ticket didn’t match our updated order, which only added to our concerns that the food, when it came out, would be incorrect as well. Yet we were told it had already been started.

At that point, we had been there for two hours. We walked in hungry, and unfortunately, we left the same way.

Definitely one of the most frustrating dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.

Server was more interested in her friends and was served waffle House food couldn't get no refills manager came out and brought another drink this is the 2nd time it's been horrible will not be going back servers and cooks need better training.

3 - 025 The Long horn restaurant in Hinesville, ga Gets five stars the steak I order was tender, delicious to the bone was like cutting into butter. Will be a Return customer

Atmosphere was average for a steak house. Steak was cooked to order. Baked potato was good on the inside, but the outside was tough, which indicates it was an old potato kept warm... the salad... I am not sure what to say here.... I mean, I like to have Tomato and Cucumber in my salad. Most people actually have nice sliced cucumbers and tomatoes... NOT Longhorns... 1 Cucumber and tomato was used for every salad in the house. I've had pico de de gallo that wasn't diced as small as this. I was told, next time I could swap the salad out for an uncharge. About time the place gets new knives. My medium sirloin was tender, but the knife was so dull, I felt like I was trying to cut a 2x4 with a saw.

Server was good. No delays in her bringing food or refills. Host said it would be 20 to 25 minute wait, and it was right on the nose. A lot of empty tables, but seemed to have a very limited wait staff. This obviously cut down on the workload for the staff, which allowed them to focus on the customers seated... that in itself impressed me. Most places would make sure all the seats were filled.

As far as the "next time" ... its been over 3 years since the last time I was in Longhorn (same location). The experience then was horrible. Forgot all about the fine diced salad. Only reason I was back in today, someone had given me a gift card as part of a gift pack that I wanted to use. Unfortunately, Longhorn is not a goto for me, and todays experience hasn't changed that. My return will most likely be because I have another gift card, and there is no telling when that will be.

Parking: Lot of parking spaces. Does not seem to be enough. Establishment was less than half full, but the tight parking lot was packed.

Was in town for a funeral, joined some family members for dinner steak came out over cooked and rest of food very cold spoke with manager she replaced order steak was still over cooked but was hot and flavorful, the waitress was the waitress from he’ll never refilled drinks, over talk you while placing order or asking question very ill mannered needles to say one of her co-workers received a $30 tip for a good job she was doing around the restaurant…..

Refused payment.absoluty worst experience I've had in a reputable restaurant. The signature bread was hard and stale. Waited almost 45 min for a grilled chicken salad that never came. I've been to a lot of restaurants and usually leave 50% to 100% tips. But my experience today was completely ridiculous 😔 also the manager was very rude and acted as if our concerns did not matter.

Typical LHSH. Very loud. Large round table isn't a level, which is obviously annoying. The Male server was barely adequate. Didn't bring plates or naps for apps. Repeatedly asked for bread. Mixed up orders. The store wasn't that busy. Food was as expected.

I ordered a to go order. The season rice was sour, loaded potatoes wasn't cooked all the way and the Parmesan chicken was burnt. This was the worst food that I gotten from long horn
