We had never tried Marco’s before but had decided to give it a try. Ordered our pizza at 5pm, chose delivery as it said online that it’d arrive by 5:30-6. We didn’t receive our order until almost 8pm. Cold pizzaalmost 3 HOURS later as a first impression? Imma have to give it a 1/5

I ordered my pizza online and they were rude to my husband when he went to get the food they they were rude and to top it off sent the wrong order. I called and was placed on hold for a total of 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. I will never order from here again

We have a Marcos in another town that has fountain drinks and a nice dining area. This was small and the fans were on full speed, making the dining area too cool. We were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. It was 30 and we were hungry when we arrived. The food itself was in true Marcos form of being delicious and at least it was hot.

When I arrived to the drive-through window, no one came to the window for about five minutes, so I parked. When I came inside I saw the manager on duty. She was obviously stressed and overwhelmed with her current workload. I asked if she was the only one here and she said yes. When she came to the counter I told her my order name. She said it would be about 25 minutes, but it was already 10 minutes past my pick up time I selected on the website which was 1230. She left the counter and immediately started working on my order the whole time the phone was ringing off the hook. This location is clearly losing Money because the workers cannot show up for their shift. The manager did her very best to ensure I left happy. But this whole ordeal belaying the birthday party I ordered them for.

I ordered through them, and they then redirected to Door Dash. we are in the middle of moving, and they sent 3 salads and 2 pizzas with no Forks for the salads I called since they are .3 miles down the road, and they refused to send Forks. Then I had to unhook my trailer from my truck and go to the gas station to get some Forks service is trash

Very good location for pizza, always made fresh, So, there will be a wait if you are having it delivered with DoorDash or Uber eats. So please compensate your driver for the wait time..

I’ve picked up deliveries from here before and it always smelled so good. My husband and I tried it tonight for the first time and were BLOWN away. The pizza was extraordinary and now our favorite pizza place! We ordered two large pizzas and picked it up 20 minutes later.

The shop itself was pretty "meh" inside. There are a couple of tables if you want to eat there. The pizza was ok, but so exceptionally greasy that it literally puddled and ran out the corner of the box and left a giant grease stain on my seat. It was the triple pepperoni one... So...
