Pizza is always good. I usually order online and pick up. This is the third time I've requested the Pizza be cut in squares and it hasn't. Its been on each reviews and the online order has boxes to request how you want your pizza cut. đ¤ˇđżââď¸

Ordered online, site said it would be about 30 minutes. 70 minutes later, received notification that the driver was on their way. Called the store 30 minutes after that and the man that answered informed me, with an attitude, that the driver had multiple orders. When I asked if my pizza would be cold, he said absolutely not (still with attitude). I told him I would be calling back if it was to get a refund. He then said he was going to just call the driver, cancel the order and refund it in â3-5 business daysâ. The driver knocked on the door 10 minutes later, right after we placed a different order with a place that isnât rude, with cold pizza.
Not impressed by any aspect of Marcoâs pizza in Hinesville.

Has no drinks so you canât do dine in unless youâre gonna eat with no drink, we went through the drive through for this reason and they said we canât order drive through have to go in to order???? Whatâs the point of a drive through than????

Came in to order some pizza and had rather loud background music playing that some wouldn't consider appropriate for the work place. Was very distracted while trying to order my food because of this. Then had a couple special requests paid for them. Got my order went home and inspected my pizza and realized they didn't put the extra items I asked for and then added very little of the other I asked for. Sucks to spend almost $70.00 plus a tip and not get what you want.

The past 2 times I ordered on my own I ended up throwing away the pizza for being soggy, flavorless, and undercooked. My husband brought pizza home last night and it was the same way. Some of the toppings were still raw tasting veggies. All 3 times the pizza was missing the crust toppers. Why is it so hard to add crust toppers. Seriously. This place was really good at one point. It is disgusting now.

Pizza looked amazing. Unfortunately not correct crust. Manager told me the crust âjust puffed upâ. We have NEVER had the lite crust look âpuffed upâ before- it is the only crust we ever get. Only answer was to remake and go pick up. I had already paid to have the first one delivered which was 1/2 hour late to begin with.

Delivery was very late. Food arrived cold. Meatballs were cold and uncooked, meatball sub was a mess. Pizza was cold and vegetables were raw. Wings were very small and uncooked. They used to be better, overall quality is poor.

If you want to go somewhere and wait a very, very long time for your pizza because the staff is busy doing everything except preparing orders, this is the place for you! Iâve been here for almost an hour!

When I do my doordash orders and pick up from here it's always a fast and easy pick up .the staff has always been very helpful.its an all around good pizza place and it seems to be a popular choice for many people out here in Hinesville .there's not many people that I've seen dining inside but it's definitely a hot place for deliveries.id recommend it đ
