Pizza is great but almost impossible to order unless you call or walk in. Their app and website are trash. Annoying enough to be worth the 1 star rating.

Pizza was stuck on "on its way" for over an hour so I called the store just to see if the driver was having issues. Come to find out it wasn't even out for delivery yet. Might have been a good idea to call the customer about that. Canceled the order and got papa johns instead. Gotta love having two missed off kids. Thanks Marco won't be using yall again.

I have always ordered from this location without any issues until today. Everytime I order online, I always specify the time I want to pick up my order. Today I went to pick up my order and was told by the manager (Deidre) they were slammed pack with orders and my order doesn’t show up until 20 mins prior, which clearly is a lie. After I explained to her that I always place my order online and never have any issues, she was basically nonchalant and told me to pull around again.After pulling around for the fourth time, I requested for her to refund me and which she refused to come to the window and sent a school age worker to window to tell me they voided my order without actual proof. I will never go back to this location and will be taking further action to make sure workers who actually want to work and provide excellent customer service is placed at this establishment.

Very low quality food. Cheese smells and so does the pizza bread. They charged me double the price from menu and gave really bad food. I would not recommend this place.

I had a bad experience with a male manager, he made a mistake on my order and started to argue with me.that it was my fault i told him that's fine, could you fix it, he refused so i told him to refund me.

Great pizza place friendly staff.. I had never had Marcos pizza beforehand but I give it a shot and now it’s ones of my top 3 pizza
This store sucks. Spent 4 and a half hours trying to get the 2 pizzas we ordered and paid for.. Had to fight tooth and nail between them and door dash just to get to the end of the night only to receive a refund and still have no food. Never ordering from here again. Don’t let them waste your time.

This pizza was actually way better than I expected. It was cheesy and delicious and with the promotion we had the price was great too! Only complaint was the person behind the counter was not very social or friendly.

ordered at 5pm on their website for a delivery at 7 pm. at 6 pm the tracker said delivered and no pizza on sight.called the store and they told me that it was through door dash so I had to called door dash, the lady on the phone called the store and told me that there is another pizza being made and I received a new tracking number saying my pizza was being remade and will be delivered by 7pm as expected.6:50 I get a call from the Marcos pizza manager saying that my new pizza was about to be picked up and will be heading my way shortly.7:15 I check the tracker and my pizza was cancelled, I called the store once again and they told me that I "apparently'' called the dasher and door dash number to say that I wanted to cancel it which is absolutely not true I did not speak to anyone after getting the new tracker. so it is now 7:30 and I will never get my pizza unless I re order and go through the whole process once again..
