So we ordered food tonight, November 1, 2025 and they forgot our eyes you and our cookie no big deal but we paid 100 bucks for this meal so we just called and said hey you know you forgot the stuff just do better we don’t want it. We just want to make you aware that this happened And they hung up on us. The manager hung up on us. I guess maybe if you do better you wouldn’t get these calls not ordering there again.

Not sure what was wrong with them, but they gave me less than half of my sandwich as well as giving me ranch for a ceaser salad. It’s in the name of the salad, not ranch. And the croutons tasted stale. Never had this problem before, but this disappoints me.

Wow what a fantastic experience and reasonably priced! The food came out hot and quickly. I loved every bite of my New Yorker really couldn’t ask for a better quality this far south. The Mac n cheese was pretty good and the potato salad was off the charts. The staff always friendly and talkative

I had a problem with my order and the manager Ms. Nesha was wonderfully helpful! I wish that every establishment offered the level of customer service that she did today. I hope that her superiors get a chance to see this review and realize how valuable she is to the company. Also, Mcalister's Deli is the only place that I will order a sandwich from. I think they probably use premium meats and cheeses.

This location is awful. It's empty for a reason. The customer service is seriously lacking. The staff is so rude and not friendly. Miserable because they can't get better jobs. Disrespectful for sure. Food takes too long and kids pizza still frozen.
Disappointed that we have given this restaurant multiple chances because we really like the food. However, each time we place an order something is missing or incorrect with our order. Today was no exception. I understand they were having technical issues. I still believe a quality check can ensure all orders are accurate. Another disappointing aspect is there are no clear instructions on how to leave feedback and have concerns addressed. 3 of us from the office placed an order. The other two orders were correct. I ordered a 2 for 2 and selected potato soup and cheddar broccoli soup. I only received the cheddar broccoli soup. Hopefully management sees this and tries to make it right.

I had a slight bias against going but the food is amazing the restaurant was really nice. But they only had one employee working as nice as she was it made her all over the place trying to run the store alone. Lady you did a great job, McAllisters get it together and help this woman out

The Hinesville GA location is very slow during lunch. I placed a pick up order for a sandwich on Door Dash 1145am. There was only one or two people making the food. The app didn't even know if the food was made. I arrived at the restaurant around 1215pm. It was not ready until 1245pm. One hour is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for two pieces of bread and chicken salad! Plus the staff changed each time I came. The food is great but I will not be coming back at lunch.
