We have come here several times and never had a problem with any of the orders we have gotten from them. Today we order for us again and my 3 year old son wanted a pizza. They gave us the order and the pizza was burnt around the edges, also they were hard. When I went to ask for another the front cashier was really nice and willing to help. When she went to the kitchen I could hear both employees giving attitude to her raising their voices at her to ask me if I wanted the pizza raw. The manager came out from the back so I noticed she was one of the employees that was bothered by my request. She gave me a refund just for the pizza and not even an apology for the horrible customer service from the kitchen.Never had a problem before, but for asking for a less burnt pizza and the restaurant wasn't even packed so they didn't have many orders. That's not an excuse for their reaction to my request. If I could I would not give any stars for this, but you can say that the star that I have to give is to the service of the front cashiers since they are the only ones who actually know how to treat customers.

What has happened to the meat for your French dip? I got it for the third and last time yesterday. It's the only thing I've had there that started out really good and now stinks.The meat is so fatty and overcooked. The club sandwich and broccoli soup were delicious.
First time in here, it was rush hour lunch time so given they were under staffed and busy. I waited 20 min for a half sandwich and cup of soup. No spoon in my bag for the soup… location was dirty. But the manager was very apologetic and kind. Food was also good. They just need more staff in there to help.

I went there with my family on a trip to Tennessee so we decided to stop at McCallister’s for a lunch stop. The service and atmosphere was decent, but I’m not too certain about the quality of the food. I ordered a sandwich and a salad. It was a pretty good sandwich and the salad was OK. However, an hour later, after eating the food, I started to feel very nauseous and my stomach started to cramp very badly. These symptoms lasted for an hour to 2 hours. Needless to say, I had the worst explosion in the car for the rest of the day and I had a food poisoning from this food. I’m never recommending to go to McCallister’s for lunch.

We had the half and half and the 1/2 sandwich and broccoli soup and chicken tortilla soup the soup was straight out the can into the cup. It was still congealed?. The sandwich was thrown together. This is my 2 nd time eating there with the 1st time being bad but I gave it a 2nd chance. Completely nasty‼️
